波齒墊的失效及其防護技術(shù)

【摘要】:為了強化墊片結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸在高壓大直徑法蘭螺栓密封防護設(shè)計中的主導(dǎo)性,通過波齒墊的5起失效案例和金屬墊片安裝問題的4個案例分析,指出了墊片寬度存在基于密封面尺寸相對寬或窄的概念,及其對墊片安裝的影響,提出了相應(yīng)的墊片寬度設(shè)計技術(shù)對策和制造技術(shù)要求,建議對設(shè)備大直徑法蘭密封面的平面度提出公差要求,相應(yīng)增加墊片厚度,以便提高密封可靠性。分析了因波齒墊內(nèi)外徑側(cè)的半波齒所損失的墊片寬度,建議相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就波齒墊的基本密封寬度的計算給出指引,以便于工程應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the leading role of gasket structure size in the sealing protection design of high-pressure and large-diameter flange bolts, five failure cases and four case studies of metal gasket installation were carried out. It is pointed out that the gasket width is based on the relative wide or narrow size of sealing surface and its influence on the installation of gasket. The corresponding technical countermeasures of gasket width design and manufacturing technical requirements are put forward. It is suggested that the flatness of large diameter flange sealing face of equipment should be increased and the thickness of gasket should be increased accordingly in order to improve the reliability of seal. This paper analyzes the width of gasket lost by the half wave tooth of the inner and outer diameter side of the wave-tooth pad, and suggests that the relevant standards provide guidelines for the calculation of the basic sealing width of the wave-tooth pad, so as to facilitate the engineering application.
