5kW準(zhǔn)二級壓縮熱泵系統(tǒng)的特性與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:準(zhǔn)二級壓縮熱泵能有效地克服傳統(tǒng)熱泵低溫運(yùn)行的問題,并在低溫環(huán)境下能滿足制熱量需求。與傳統(tǒng)熱泵相較,準(zhǔn)二級壓縮熱泵增設(shè)了一條帶經(jīng)濟(jì)器的補(bǔ)氣回路,并且壓縮機(jī)增設(shè)了中間補(bǔ)氣口,所以該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)行都要比傳統(tǒng)熱泵更加復(fù)雜。本文分別對補(bǔ)氣口位置的確定和運(yùn)行時相對補(bǔ)氣量對系統(tǒng)性能的影響進(jìn)行了研究。 根據(jù)準(zhǔn)二級壓縮熱泵的特點(diǎn)和對補(bǔ)氣過程的分析,建立了系統(tǒng)的熱力學(xué)理論循環(huán)模型。在蒸發(fā)溫度為-25~-5℃,冷凝溫度為42℃時,對不同一級壓縮內(nèi)容積比的渦旋壓縮機(jī)經(jīng)濟(jì)器系統(tǒng)主要性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行了仿真計(jì)算,得出理論上最佳一級壓縮內(nèi)容積比為1.1,相應(yīng)最佳補(bǔ)氣口在與吸氣端成474.5處。并且計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示準(zhǔn)二級壓縮熱泵各性能均優(yōu)于普通熱泵系統(tǒng)。然后又建立了添加對換熱器、熱力膨脹閥考慮的準(zhǔn)二級壓縮熱泵的實(shí)際循環(huán)。并在固定的中間補(bǔ)氣口位置條件下,計(jì)算在不同相對補(bǔ)氣量條件下系統(tǒng)的性能參數(shù)。計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示隨著相對補(bǔ)氣量增大,系統(tǒng)制熱量先增大后減小、電功率先減小后增大、制熱性能系數(shù)先增大后減��;并得出最佳相對補(bǔ)氣量為25%~30%。根據(jù)仿真研究研制原型機(jī)并搭建試驗(yàn)臺,,對原型機(jī)進(jìn)行測試研究,并與計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較,兩者趨勢基本一致。 研究結(jié)果表明準(zhǔn)二級壓縮熱泵系統(tǒng)能顯著提高熱泵的制熱性能系數(shù)。系統(tǒng)有最佳中間補(bǔ)氣口位置,并在運(yùn)行中有最佳的相對補(bǔ)氣量范圍,可為準(zhǔn)二級壓縮熱泵系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:Quasi-two-stage compression heat pump can effectively overcome the problem of low temperature operation of traditional heat pump and can meet the requirement of heat production in low temperature environment. Compared with the traditional heat pump, the quasi-two-stage compression heat pump has added a supplementary air loop with economizer, and the compressor has added an intermediate air supply port, so the design and operation of the system are more complex than the traditional heat pump. In this paper, the location of the gas supply port and the effect of the relative air supply rate on the performance of the system are studied.
