渦旋壓縮機定盤面輪廓度檢測技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:Scroll air compressor is an air compressor which can compress gas by changing the volume of cavity. The working efficiency, performance and service life of the scroll compressor are directly affected by the machining quality of the vortex surface. In order to evaluate the machining quality of the vortex surface, it is necessary to measure the machining accuracy of the vortex surface. In this paper, some key problems of vortex surface measurement technology of scroll compressor are studied in detail. 1. The basic theory of vortex profile of scroll compressor is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods are compared. The whole scheme of the contactless measuring system for the profile of the vortex disk surface of the scroll compressor is designed, and the hardware composition of the system is introduced, and the placement strategy of the profile measurement of the vortex disk surface based on the change of the curvature of the curved surface is put forward. 2. The main flow and steps of vortex decent profile detection are introduced, and the possible systematic errors in the measurement process are simulated, tested and analyzed by matlab. 3. The mechanism of noise generation in measurement data is described in mathematics, and the obvious noise points are removed by three-point method, and the simulation experiments are carried out. On the basis of the cylindrical and straightness filtering algorithms, a Gao Si filter algorithm for the profile of vortex surface is proposed, and a simulation experiment is carried out. 4. The mathematical model for evaluating the profile error of vortex surface is introduced, and the least square algorithm for evaluating the contour error of vortex surface is given, and the algorithm is implemented in C language. 5. Under the environment of Visual C 6.0, the upper computer measurement software is programmed by using MFC framework, and the experimental platform for measuring the profile of vortex surface is built based on the numerical control machine for vortex line machining. The coordinate data of vortex surface are collected and evaluated by the least square method. The results are compared with the results of the 3D coordinate measurement software. The results show that the method can effectively evaluate the profile of the vortex surface.
