【摘要】：正博世力士樂GFW 5000系列減速器是博世力士樂為起重機(jī)卷揚(yáng)系統(tǒng)打造的緊湊型驅(qū)動解決方案。該系列減速器采用模塊化的設(shè)計理念,整套系統(tǒng)包含一個專為卷揚(yáng)應(yīng)用而優(yōu)化設(shè)計的減速器,并匹配了博世力士樂變量和定量馬達(dá)。全新開發(fā)的九柱塞回轉(zhuǎn)體設(shè)計提高了同心度,即使在較低繩速的狀態(tài)下,也能實現(xiàn)對起重負(fù)載的精準(zhǔn)定位。此外,在較高繩速的情況下,日均產(chǎn)能得到明顯的提升,即使是在重載工況下亦然。GFW 5000系列減速器主要適用于汽車起重機(jī)和履帶
[Abstract]:Zheng Bosch Rexroth GFW 5000 series reducer is a compact drive solution built by Bosch Rexroth for the crane winch system. The series uses a modular design concept. The whole system includes a reducer that is optimized for hoisting applications and matches Bosch Rexroth variables and quantitative motors. The newly developed nine plunger rotary body design improves the concentricity and can realize the accurate positioning of the lifting load even under the condition of lower rope speed. In addition, under the condition of higher rope speed, the daily average production capacity is obviously improved, even under heavy load condition. GFW 5000 series reducer is mainly suitable for truck crane and crawler.
