【摘要】：隨著我國電力工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,國家對輸電線路的施工中的物資運(yùn)輸也越來越重視,索道運(yùn)輸作為在輸電線路中一種新的運(yùn)輸方式,憑借了自身成本低、施工方便并且不受氣候影響等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),已經(jīng)在輸電線路施工中廣泛應(yīng)用。國內(nèi)貨運(yùn)索道大多數(shù)采用基于螺栓的固定式抱索器,因此確定螺栓預(yù)緊力對保證貨運(yùn)索道成功運(yùn)行并且降低危險系數(shù)是至關(guān)重要的。針對現(xiàn)在常用的小車抱索器進(jìn)行分析計算和現(xiàn)場實驗,成功解決了螺栓預(yù)緊力的確定以及螺栓的選取問題,對貨運(yùn)索道技術(shù)的發(fā)展具有實際的推動作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electric power industry in our country, more and more attention has been paid to the material transportation in the construction of transmission lines. As a new mode of transportation in transmission lines, ropeway transportation has low cost. It has been widely used in transmission line construction because of its advantages such as convenient construction and not affected by climate. Most of the domestic freight ropeway use bolted fixed cable holder, so it is very important to determine the bolt preload force to ensure the successful operation of the freight ropeway and reduce the risk factor. According to the analysis and calculation of the cable holder and the field experiment, the determination of the bolt preload force and the selection of the bolt are solved successfully, which can promote the development of the freight ropeway technology.
