機(jī)械對(duì)稱破缺理論及其在設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在機(jī)械產(chǎn)品中普遍存在著結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱破缺現(xiàn)象。從實(shí)例中發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)稱破缺對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)功能、提高性能和滿足約束需求起著重要作用,然而目前國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于機(jī)械對(duì)稱破缺的研究還很少。本文基于跨學(xué)科領(lǐng)域?qū)ΨQ破缺研究現(xiàn)狀和機(jī)械對(duì)稱破缺研究存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)機(jī)械對(duì)稱破缺的概念及其應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究,主要取得如下有創(chuàng)新性的研究進(jìn)展: 1、機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱破缺概念體系的建立。基于實(shí)例分析和歸納,提出了機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱破缺的定義及其分類,研究了零部件結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱破缺的形成機(jī)理并且提煉出對(duì)稱破缺模式。 2、機(jī)械廣義需求和作用原理時(shí)空對(duì)稱破缺概念體系的建立。基于實(shí)例分析和提煉,并借鑒機(jī)械功能和原理時(shí)空對(duì)稱的概念體系,建立了包括功能、性能和約束需求在內(nèi)的廣義需求時(shí)空對(duì)稱破缺概念體系,緊接著建立了作用原理時(shí)空對(duì)稱破缺的概念體系。 3、機(jī)械對(duì)稱破缺規(guī)律性知識(shí)的研究。以結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱破缺、廣義需求和作用原理時(shí)空對(duì)稱破缺概念體系為基礎(chǔ),基于實(shí)例分析了對(duì)稱破缺與產(chǎn)品需求之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,提煉了若干應(yīng)用各種對(duì)稱破缺模式及其效能來(lái)滿足產(chǎn)品需求的規(guī)律性知識(shí)。 4、機(jī)械對(duì)稱破缺知識(shí)挖掘和應(yīng)用實(shí)踐。建立了實(shí)例知識(shí)庫(kù)、基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)庫(kù)和關(guān)聯(lián)知識(shí)庫(kù);提出了對(duì)稱破缺知識(shí)挖掘及其用于產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)方案設(shè)計(jì)的方法和進(jìn)程;開(kāi)展了應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,發(fā)明了一種新型鏈傳動(dòng)裝置。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of structural symmetry breaking is common in mechanical products. It is found from examples that symmetric breaking plays an important role in realizing function, improving performance and meeting the requirement of constraint. However, there are few researches on mechanical symmetry breaking at home and abroad. In this paper, based on the present situation of symmetry breaking in interdisciplinary field and the problems existing in the research of mechanical symmetry breaking, the concept and application of mechanical symmetry breaking are studied. The main achievements are as follows: 1. The establishment of the concept system of symmetrical breaking of mechanical structure. Based on the analysis and induction of examples, this paper puts forward the definition and classification of symmetrical breaking of mechanical structure, studies the forming mechanism of structural symmetry breaking of parts and extracts the mode of symmetrical breaking. 2. The establishment of the concept system of spatiotemporal symmetry breaking of generalized demand and action principle of machinery. Based on the case study and drawing lessons from the concept system of space-time symmetry of mechanical function and principle, the concept system of generalized demand space-time symmetry breaking including function, performance and constraint requirement is established. Then, the concept system of spatio-temporal symmetry breaking of the principle of action is established. 3. Research on the knowledge of mechanical symmetry breaking regularity. Based on the concept system of structural symmetry breaking, generalized demand and action principle, the relationship between symmetry breaking and product demand is analyzed based on examples. This paper abstracts some regular knowledge about the application of various symmetry breaking modes and their effectiveness to meet the demand of products. 4. Knowledge mining and application practice of mechanical symmetry breaking. The case knowledge base, the basic knowledge base and the associated knowledge base are established; the method and process of knowledge mining of symmetry breaking and its application in the design of product structure scheme are presented; and a new type of chain drive device is invented in the application practice.
