行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析軟件的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

【摘要】:行星齒輪傳動(dòng)以其結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、承載能力強(qiáng)、傳動(dòng)比大、運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)和傳動(dòng)效率高等眾多優(yōu)點(diǎn)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。在行星齒輪傳動(dòng)的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及分析過程中,,運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析和傳動(dòng)效率的計(jì)算均是一項(xiàng)重要的內(nèi)容。本文在深入研究解決行星齒輪傳動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析和傳動(dòng)效率計(jì)算的分析幾何法的基礎(chǔ)上,采用劃分基本回路的方法,對(duì)行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)構(gòu)型進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)化構(gòu)造,從而準(zhǔn)確地表達(dá)了行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)的拓?fù)潢P(guān)系;選取Visual C++6.0作為開發(fā)工具,按照軟件開發(fā)的一般流程,確定了擬實(shí)現(xiàn)的軟件功能;根據(jù)程序界面的設(shè)計(jì)原則,結(jié)合課題的實(shí)際情況,完成軟件程序界面的開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析軟件的設(shè)計(jì)過程。 通過邏輯化的表達(dá)方式,簡(jiǎn)化了行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)的分析幾何法運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)方程表達(dá)式,并將之應(yīng)用于軟件的實(shí)際編程;最終生成可獨(dú)立運(yùn)行的行星輪系和差動(dòng)輪系的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析軟件,運(yùn)用軟件的數(shù)值計(jì)算模塊和回路關(guān)系圖分析模塊功能,對(duì)單自由度行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)和雙自由度差動(dòng)行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算及分析,得出其各運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)量數(shù)值并完成回路關(guān)系圖的繪制與分析,并將數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果與理論公式計(jì)算結(jié)果、分析幾何法計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行三者對(duì)比驗(yàn)證,得出結(jié)果完全一致,從而驗(yàn)證了分析幾何法及所編軟件在解決行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析上的準(zhǔn)確性與可靠性,系統(tǒng)化、程序化的實(shí)現(xiàn)了行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析;此外,行星齒輪傳動(dòng)的效率計(jì)算也是較為繁瑣的,通過軟件可以簡(jiǎn)化這一過程。 通過實(shí)例將軟件分別應(yīng)用于NGW、WW、NGWN型三種機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)及分析階段,對(duì)其進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析,得到各項(xiàng)數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果,應(yīng)用軟件回路關(guān)系圖分析功能考察了機(jī)構(gòu)的演變趨勢(shì),并最終確定構(gòu)型;同時(shí)利用所得結(jié)果結(jié)合分析幾何法完成機(jī)構(gòu)傳動(dòng)效率的計(jì)算,結(jié)果證明軟件可以簡(jiǎn)化行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)及分析過程;最后討論了常見行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析結(jié)果,方便設(shè)計(jì)人員在整體上把握各種不同構(gòu)型的特點(diǎn),從定性的角度直觀的對(duì)各種機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行橫向?qū)Ρ,顯示出方便、快捷、實(shí)用的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Planetary gear transmission has been widely used because of its compact structure, strong bearing capacity, large transmission ratio, stable movement and high transmission efficiency. Kinematics analysis and the calculation of transmission efficiency are important contents in the design and analysis of planetary gear transmission mechanism. On the basis of deeply studying the kinematics analysis of planetary gear transmission and the calculation of transmission efficiency, this paper uses the method of dividing the basic circuit to systematize the configuration of planetary gear mechanism. Thus the topological relation of planetary gear mechanism is accurately expressed. Visual C 6.0 is selected as the development tool, according to the general process of software development, the software functions to be realized are determined. According to the design principle of the program interface and the actual situation of the project, the development of the software program interface is completed, and the design process of the kinematics analysis software for the planetary gear mechanism is realized. The analytic geometric kinematic equation expression of planetary gear mechanism kinematics is simplified by means of logical expression, and it is applied to the actual programming of software. Finally, the kinematics analysis software of planetary gear train and differential gear train that can operate independently is generated, and the function of numerical calculation module and loop relation diagram analysis module is used. The single degree of freedom planetary gear mechanism and the double degree of freedom differential planetary gear mechanism are calculated and analyzed. The kinematics values are obtained and the circuit diagram is drawn and analyzed, and the numerical results are compared with the theoretical formulas. The calculated results of the analytic geometry method are compared with each other, and the results are completely consistent, thus verifying the accuracy and reliability of the analytic geometry method and the software in solving the kinematics analysis of the planetary gear mechanism. The kinematics analysis of planetary gear mechanism is realized programmatically. In addition, the calculation of the efficiency of planetary gear transmission is also more complicated, which can be simplified by software. The software is applied to the design and analysis stage of three kinds of NGW,WW,NGWN mechanisms through examples. The kinematics analysis is carried out, and the numerical results are obtained. The evolution trend of the mechanism is investigated by using the function of software loop diagram analysis. And finally determine the configuration; At the same time, the transmission efficiency of the mechanism is calculated by combining the results with the analytic geometry method. The results show that the software can simplify the design and analysis process of the planetary gear mechanism. Finally, the kinematics analysis results of common planetary gear mechanism are discussed, which is convenient for designers to grasp the characteristics of different configurations as a whole.
