基于CFD的非全周開口滑閥流場仿真分析
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of computer science and technology and the rich theory of computational fluid dynamics, the numerical simulation and visual analysis of complex internal flow field of hydraulic valve with CFD technology has become a new research hotspot in hydraulic field. Throttling groove slide valve, also known as partial circumferential open slide valve, is widely used in hydraulic proportional valve and servo valve because of its characteristics of large hydraulic radius, anti-blocking, wide flow regulation range and easy to obtain small stable flow rate. The characteristic analysis of throttle slide valve plays an important role in improving the performance of hydraulic valve. In this paper, CFD software is used to simulate and visualize the flow field inside the throttle valve. Under the same calculation conditions, the three dimensional steady state models with different openings are simulated, and the velocity and pressure distribution of the flow field in the valve, the flow characteristics of the valve outlet and the hydrodynamic characteristics are obtained by simulation. Then, the velocity and pressure of the flow field in the valve, the flow characteristics of the valve outlet and the variation of the hydraulic dynamic characteristics with the opening of the valve and the pressure difference are obtained, which is instructive to the study of the valve performance and the optimization of the structure.
