基于HOCTPN的制造系統(tǒng)建模仿真技術(shù)與應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:With the increase of the scale and complexity of manufacturing system, as well as the characteristics of uncertainty, more and more enterprises begin to study the planning, design and control of the system with the help of computer simulation technology, so as to make reasonable and efficient production plan. In order to improve economic efficiency. In recent years, object-oriented, graphical and integrated simulation software has been widely used in discrete system simulation. These simulation software not only provide graphical user interface, automatically analyze simulation results, but also can simulate 3D animation. The simulation modeling tends to be modular, hierarchical and intelligent. However, the event-driven simulation method can not clearly express the logical and temporal relationships between objects, and lacks the formal description of the system, which leads to the establishment of a perfect simulation model after many modifications and debugging. The workload is huge and the reliability of the model is low. Aiming at the problems of object-oriented simulation software, this paper introduces Petri net technology into simulation modeling, and puts forward a modeling and simulation technology based on Petri net and eM-Plant simulation software. Combining the rigorous process description ability of Petri net with the visual features of eM-Plant image. Based on the analysis of Petri net technology and system modeling requirements, a hierarchical object oriented colored assignment Petri net modeling method is proposed, the definition of this method is introduced, and the OOPN model of equipment object and the OOPN model of manufacturing workshop are established. According to the similarity between the Petri net model and the eM-Plant model, the corresponding relation between the two model objects, the corresponding relation between the object attributes, and the mapping and transforming relation of the control logic are established. The integration of the two models is realized through the COM interface of the eM-Plant simulation software. According to the practical application requirements, a simulation modeling software based on Petri net model and eM-Plant model is developed. Finally, the software is applied to the simulation of the automatic shell production line of investment casting. The feasibility and validity of the simulation modeling technology based on Petri net and eM-Plant are verified in this paper, which provides a new way for manufacturing system modeling.
