智能電液執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)控制器的設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:With the development of hydraulic transmission and its control technology, electro-hydraulic actuators are widely used in modern industrial control systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy and so on. The pressure, temperature and flow rate of the system are adjusted by adjusting the opening of the valve. Based on the rapid development of microprocessor technology and the rise of automatic instrument technology, in order to meet the needs of high quality and high speed industrial control, it has become the pursuit goal of the majority of scientific and technological workers to develop a new type of intelligent electro-hydraulic actuator. In this paper, the structure, characteristics and performance index of the electrohydraulic actuator are analyzed. The actuator is composed of two parts: the controller and the actuator, among which the actuator controller is the core technology to realize the intelligent electro-hydraulic actuator. In this paper, the control unit of the actuator is designed and developed. The ATmega16L microcontroller is used as the core controller. According to the actual requirements of the industrial field, the intelligent controller collects, converts, calculates and compares the valve opening control signal and the position feedback signal. The control signal is issued to determine and execute the reversing of the reversing valve, the starting and stopping operation of the AC servo motor, the expansion of the push rod of the hydraulic cylinder is promoted, and the precise positioning of the valve rotation angle and opening percentage is carried out. The valve position feedback signal is detected by linear displacement sensor, electric current and voltage signal detection device adopts Hall current transformer, adopts closed loop control mode, and adds liquid crystal display and RS-485 serial port digital communication module. The remote or local man-machine dialogue is realized. At the same time, a variety of signal protection and anti-jamming measures are taken to make the whole system have good function expansibility and stability. Artificial standards. In order to verify the rationality of the theoretical design, a large number of laboratory and industrial field debugging have been carried out. The experimental results show that the intelligent electro-hydraulic actuator controller meets the requirements of the industrial field, and the control precision reaches the expected goal. Finally, the new electrohydraulic actuator is put into industrial production, and the theory is applied to engineering practice.
