基于SLP的礦用絞車機加車間設(shè)施布置優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:首先針對某礦用絞車公司的機加工車間現(xiàn)狀,對其設(shè)施布置、物流情況結(jié)合生產(chǎn)工藝流程進行分析,指出現(xiàn)有設(shè)施布置存在物流效率低、布置不合理等問題。然后運用物流分析和非物流關(guān)系分析得出機加車間的物流關(guān)系圖和非物流關(guān)系圖,形成作業(yè)單位綜合相互關(guān)系圖,從而得出不同的設(shè)施布置方案。最后,運用因素評價法從空間利用率、搬運路線的長短、環(huán)境的安全與舒適、輔助部門的綜合效率、管理的方便性等方面對不同方案進行評價,得出最優(yōu)方案。與原布置情況對比,系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計方法可效地降低物流成本、提高設(shè)備利用率。
[Abstract]:Firstly, according to the present situation of machining workshop of a mining winch company, this paper analyzes the facility layout and logistics situation combined with the production process, and points out that the existing facilities layout has some problems, such as low logistics efficiency and unreasonable layout. Then, logistics analysis and non-logistics relationship analysis are used to obtain the logistics relationship diagram and non-logistics relationship diagram of the machine shop, and the comprehensive interrelation diagram of operation units is formed, and different facilities layout schemes are obtained. Finally, the factors evaluation method is used to evaluate the different schemes from the aspects of space utilization ratio, length of transport route, safety and comfort of environment, comprehensive efficiency of auxiliary department, convenience of management, etc., and the optimal scheme is obtained. Compared with the original layout, the system layout design method can effectively reduce the logistics cost and improve the equipment utilization ratio.
