橋式起重機(jī)監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:本文以提高起重機(jī)安全運(yùn)行,提高裝卸效率,加強(qiáng)對(duì)電氣故障的監(jiān)測(cè)和診斷為目標(biāo),采用監(jiān)控管理技術(shù),開展垃圾液壓橋式起重機(jī)監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)的研究。應(yīng)用西門子S7-300系列PLC和組態(tài)軟件WinCC設(shè)計(jì)監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)由一臺(tái)監(jiān)控主機(jī)同時(shí)監(jiān)控三套起重機(jī)PLC系統(tǒng),不僅可以減少操作人員工作強(qiáng)度,提高生產(chǎn)率,而且可以實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)視設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀況和故障報(bào)警,提高起重機(jī)系統(tǒng)和操作人員的安全性能,并能提供歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢,為維護(hù)和修理帶來極大的方便。 本文先分析系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)及功能,結(jié)合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,提出系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、硬件配置及關(guān)鍵技術(shù),確定下位機(jī)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備間采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線進(jìn)行通訊,上位機(jī)與下位機(jī)通過工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通訊。 接著對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),其中監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)分為兩部分,第一部分為PLC控制系統(tǒng),第二部分為控制管理系統(tǒng)。PLC控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用西門子S7-300系列PLC控制現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備,運(yùn)用STEP 7編程軟件進(jìn)行程序設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)起重機(jī)的工作原理,完成起重機(jī)起升、大車、小車等機(jī)構(gòu)的PLC控制程序,并用PLCSIM進(jìn)行了模擬仿真。控制管理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用西門子組態(tài)軟件WinCC設(shè)計(jì)上位機(jī)監(jiān)控畫面,采用以太網(wǎng)中的TCP/IP通訊協(xié)議作為外部通道,由于在一臺(tái)上位機(jī)中同時(shí)監(jiān)控三臺(tái)起重機(jī),加上對(duì)直接變量和結(jié)構(gòu)變量的分析,確定采用監(jiān)控畫面采取結(jié)構(gòu)變量和畫面窗口相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并分別對(duì)各機(jī)構(gòu)的監(jiān)控界面、趨勢(shì)界面、報(bào)警界面、用戶管理界面等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)敘述。 最后根據(jù)系統(tǒng)報(bào)表的需求分析,結(jié)合目前組態(tài)軟件的報(bào)表功能特點(diǎn),對(duì)系統(tǒng)中重要的作業(yè)報(bào)表和設(shè)備維護(hù)報(bào)表,采用VB腳本和SQL Server 2005數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the safe operation of crane, improve the efficiency of loading and unloading, and strengthen the monitoring and diagnosis of electrical faults, the monitoring and management technology is adopted to carry out the research on the monitoring and management system of the garbage hydraulic bridge crane. Siemens S7-300 series PLC and configuration software WinCC are used to design the monitoring and management system, which can monitor three sets of crane PLC system simultaneously by one monitor host. It can not only reduce the working intensity of operator, but also increase productivity. Moreover, it can monitor the running condition and fault alarm of the equipment in real time, improve the safety performance of crane system and operator, and provide historical data query, which brings great convenience for maintenance and repair. In this paper, the characteristics and functions of the system are analyzed, and the network structure, hardware configuration and key technology of the system are put forward in combination with the development of the monitoring system, and the communication between the lower computer and the field equipment is determined by the field bus. The upper computer and the lower computer communicate with each other through industrial Ethernet. Then the system is designed, in which the monitoring and management system is divided into two parts, the first part is the PLC control system, the second part is the control management system. The PLC control system uses Siemens S7-300 series PLC to control the field equipment. According to the working principle of crane, the PLC control program of crane hoisting, trolley and trolley is completed by using STEP 7 programming software, and the simulation is carried out with PLCSIM. In the control management system, Siemens configuration software WinCC is used to design the monitor screen of the upper computer, and the TCP/IP communication protocol in Ethernet is used as the external channel, because three cranes are monitored simultaneously in one upper computer. In addition to the analysis of direct variables and structural variables, it is determined that the method of combining structural variables and screen windows is adopted to design the monitoring screen, and the monitoring interface, trend interface and alarm interface of each mechanism are respectively designed. User management interface is described in detail. Finally, according to the demand analysis of the system report, combining the function characteristic of the present configuration software, the important job report and the equipment maintenance report in the system are designed, and the method of combining VB script and SQL Server 2005 database is adopted to design the important job report and equipment maintenance report in the system.
