基于虛擬儀器的輸送帶撕裂診斷系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:皮帶輸送機是煤炭、礦石、砂石、水泥等散料裝卸與短距離運輸的重要裝備,廣泛應用于礦山、能源、冶金等行業(yè)。近年來,隨著經濟的發(fā)展,皮帶輸送機的種類和數量不斷增加,因而,其整機與關鍵部件維護和故障診斷已成為相關行業(yè)專業(yè)需求。輸送帶是皮帶輸送機主要組件,是皮帶傳輸送機主要故障源,其故障診斷的研究已成為港、礦機械可靠性研究的一個熱點。本文在詳細分析了輸送帶撕裂的成因基礎上,設計了一套基于虛擬儀器的非接觸式輸送帶撕裂診斷系統(tǒng)。主要工作有: 深入研究了跑偏、卡壓對輸送帶撕裂的影響,設計了模塊化光電跑偏監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)和壓電傳感的動態(tài)壓力監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),以獲得跑偏和卡壓實時數據,結合以89C51單片機為下位機的設計,通過節(jié)點數據融合,判斷撕裂的可能性。采用結構化插件設計,實現多點長距離測量。 考慮到現場的工況環(huán)境,數據通信采用RS-232串行通信標準完成計算機和單片機之間的數據通訊。為了提高系統(tǒng)抗干擾能力,采取了物理屏蔽、光電隔離、濾波等多種措施。 結合終端的設計,在LabVIEW平臺上開發(fā)了一套輸送帶撕裂診斷軟件系統(tǒng),實現了數據采集、信號分析與處理、輸送帶狀態(tài)顯示、數據存儲、故障報警等功能。通過實驗驗證,輸送帶撕裂診斷系統(tǒng)能夠對輸送帶的運行狀態(tài)進行實時監(jiān)測、診斷和預警。 所設計的系統(tǒng)突破了傳統(tǒng)測試系統(tǒng)只能針對某一種撕裂原因進行檢測的局限性,并與虛擬儀器相結合,可靠性高,運行穩(wěn)定,為進一步開發(fā)輸送帶撕裂保護裝置提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Belt conveyer is an important equipment for loading, unloading and short distance transportation of coal, ore, sand, cement and so on. It is widely used in mining, energy, metallurgy and other industries. In recent years, with the development of economy, the types and quantity of belt conveyors have been increasing. Therefore, the maintenance and fault diagnosis of the whole machine and the key parts have become the professional needs of the related industries. Conveyor belt is the main component of belt conveyor and the main fault source of belt conveyor. The research on fault diagnosis of belt conveyor has become a hot spot in the research of reliability of mine machinery. Based on the detailed analysis of the causes of belt tear, a non-contact belt tear diagnosis system based on virtual instrument is designed in this paper. The main works are as follows: the influence of running deviation and compression on the tear of conveyor belt is deeply studied, and the modularized photoelectric deviation monitoring system and the dynamic pressure monitoring system based on piezoelectric sensor are designed to obtain the real time data of running deviation and pressing. Combined with the design of 89C51 microcontroller, the possibility of tearing is judged by data fusion of nodes. The multi-point long-distance measurement is realized by using structured plug-in. Considering the working environment of the field, the data communication adopts RS-232 serial communication standard to complete the data communication between the computer and the single chip computer. In order to improve the anti-interference ability of the system, many measures such as physical shielding, photoelectric isolation, filtering and so on have been adopted. Combined with the design of the terminal, a belt tear diagnosis software system is developed on the LabVIEW platform, which realizes the functions of data acquisition, signal analysis and processing, conveyor belt status display, data storage, fault alarm and so on. The experimental results show that the belt tear diagnosis system can monitor, diagnose and warn the running state of conveyor belt in real time. The designed system breaks through the limitation that the traditional testing system can only detect one kind of tear reason, and combines with virtual instrument, it has high reliability and stable operation, which provides a reference for further development of belt tear protection device.
