永磁偏置徑向磁軸承拓?fù)溲芯考捌溥M(jìn)展

【摘要】:永磁偏置徑向磁軸承能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)子的徑向兩自由度懸浮,是應(yīng)用最為廣泛的永磁偏置磁軸承。對(duì)永磁偏置徑向磁軸承的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述,將徑向磁軸承分為同極性和異極性?xún)深?lèi)分別研究,分析其結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理,進(jìn)行類(lèi)比,并指出其應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合。對(duì)其拓?fù)涞奈磥?lái)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望,結(jié)合應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合提出了多種結(jié)構(gòu)形式的永磁偏置徑向磁軸承,低功耗、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、加工安裝方便、控制性能優(yōu)越的磁軸承仍將是重點(diǎn)研究領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet bias radial magnetic bearing is the most widely used permanent magnet bias magnetic bearing, which can realize two degrees of freedom suspension of rotor. The present research situation of permanent magnet bias radial magnetic bearing is described in detail. The radial magnetic bearing is divided into two categories, the same polarity and the different polarity, the structure and working principle are analyzed, the analogy is made, and the application situation is pointed out. In this paper, the future development of its topology is prospected, and a variety of permanent magnet biased radial magnetic bearings with low power consumption, simple structure, convenient processing and installation and superior control performance are proposed in combination with applications.
