弧齒錐齒輪實(shí)體建模與齒面接觸分析

【摘要】:CRH5動(dòng)車牽引齒輪采用弧齒錐齒輪,動(dòng)車的整體性能與牽引齒輪有著密切的關(guān)系。本文以CRH5動(dòng)車牽引齒輪為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)VB、MATLAB和Pro/E等軟件,分析和研究了弧齒錐齒輪實(shí)體建模與輪齒幾何接觸問(wèn)題,本論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 1.通過(guò)對(duì)CRH5設(shè)計(jì)要求的分析,采用了格里森公司提出的齒根傾斜修正法,通過(guò)VB編程計(jì)算得出CRH5動(dòng)車牽引齒輪的輪坯幾何參數(shù)。 2.基于局部綜合法構(gòu)建了與所研究的動(dòng)車牽引齒輪相對(duì)應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過(guò)MATLAB軟件對(duì)計(jì)算過(guò)程進(jìn)行編程計(jì)算,得出了CRH5動(dòng)車牽引齒輪的機(jī)床切削加工調(diào)整參數(shù)。 3.根據(jù)弧齒錐齒輪加工過(guò)程中機(jī)床的結(jié)構(gòu)和各部分之間相互運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系,通過(guò)構(gòu)建空間坐標(biāo)系,利用矩陣實(shí)現(xiàn)空間坐標(biāo)變換,,結(jié)合齒輪空間嚙合原理推導(dǎo)出CRH5動(dòng)車牽引齒輪的大小輪的齒面方程。利用MATLAB編程計(jì)算出齒面上分散點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)值,通過(guò)MATLAB中的surf()函數(shù)在MATLAB中建立大輪的實(shí)體模型來(lái)分析所計(jì)算得到的坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)的準(zhǔn)確性。再把生成的點(diǎn)以一定的格式保存,導(dǎo)入Pro/E三維軟件中進(jìn)行實(shí)體建模,并裝配后進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)和干涉檢查,從三維模型驗(yàn)證所用理論和計(jì)算方法的正確性。 4.利用由局部綜合法所求得的機(jī)床切削加工調(diào)整參數(shù),通過(guò)MATLAB編程實(shí)現(xiàn)CRH5牽引齒輪的齒面接觸分析(TCA),分別確定出輪齒中點(diǎn)、大端和小端齒面上的接觸跡線的形狀和傳動(dòng)誤差曲線圖,并對(duì)所得到的曲線圖進(jìn)行了分析和解釋,驗(yàn)證了大小輪切削加工參數(shù)的合理性。
[Abstract]:Arc bevel gear is used in traction gear of CRH5 motor car. The whole performance of motor car is closely related to traction gear. In this paper, CRH5 traction gear is taken as the research object. By means of the software of VB,MATLAB and Pro/E, the problem of the contact between the solid modeling of the spiral bevel gear and the gear tooth geometry is analyzed and studied. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. Through the analysis of CRH5 design requirements, the method of tooth root tilt correction proposed by Gleason Company is adopted. The geometric parameters of wheel blank of traction gear of CRH5 train are calculated by VB programming. 2. Based on the local synthesis method, the mathematical model corresponding to the studied traction gear is constructed, and the calculation process is programmed by MATLAB software. The cutting adjustment parameters of CRH5 traction gear are obtained. 3. According to the structure of the machine tool and the relationship between the parts of the machine during the machining process of arc bevel gear, the spatial coordinate system is constructed. The tooth surface equation of the large and small wheel of CRH5 traction gear is derived by using matrix to realize the transformation of space coordinate and combining with the principle of gear space meshing. The coordinate values of the scattered points on the tooth surface are calculated by MATLAB programming, and the accuracy of the calculated coordinate points is analyzed by using the surf () function in MATLAB to establish the solid model of the large wheel in MATLAB. Then the generated points are saved in a certain format, and then imported into Pro/E 3D software for entity modeling, and the motion and interference inspection are carried out after assembly. The correctness of the theory and calculation method used in the 3D model is verified. 4. The adjustment parameters of machine tool machining are obtained by using the local synthesis method. The tooth surface contact analysis of CRH5 traction gear is realized by MATLAB programming. The shape and transmission error curve of the contact trace line on the middle point, large end and small end tooth surface of the gear are determined by (TCA), and the obtained curves are analyzed and explained. The reasonableness of machining parameters of large and small wheel is verified.
