高速雙透平與四磁盤同軸結(jié)構(gòu)軸系振動(dòng)特性試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:The dynamic characteristics of gas bearing-rotor system were studied on a turbo-expansion generator test-bed with a coaxial structure of two turbines and four disks supported by a hybrid gas lubricated bearing with static and static pressure. The nonlinear behavior of the system is analyzed by means of the axis locus, the frequency coupling 3D diagram and the spectrum chart. The rise phenomenon is analyzed with the structure of the rotor system. The results show that the bearing-rotor system has a typical oscillation phenomenon of half-speed vortex and film oscillation under a certain supply pressure due to the use of air bearing and the phenomenon of flying at a certain speed. The reason for the rise is that the gas bearing with low damping and the turbine structure at both ends are used in the structure of the equipment, which converts the rotor speed into the rotor speed when the power frequency and frequency division energy are converted, which results in the rapid increase of the rotor speed. By adjusting the vibration characteristics and controlling the flow rate of the turbine, the rise can be restrained.
