軋機(jī)變速箱振動(dòng)故障分析與診斷研究

【摘要】:變速箱是當(dāng)今機(jī)械設(shè)備中不可或缺的組成部分,廣泛應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代冶金、化工、動(dòng)力等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。在長期的高速、重載荷工作條件下,變速箱極易出現(xiàn)故障,,設(shè)備故障的預(yù)知預(yù)防和診斷分析越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。近幾十年來,故障診斷技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速,其中以信號的提取和特征分析作為最主要的診斷分析方法。 論文從機(jī)械振動(dòng)信號的調(diào)制原理入手,介紹了變速箱振動(dòng)信號在幾種調(diào)制下的特點(diǎn)和典型故障分析,結(jié)合振動(dòng)信號的時(shí)域、頻域分析方法,如:波形分析法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法、功率譜分析法、邊頻帶分析法和倒頻譜分析法。振動(dòng)信號包含了豐富了故障信息,從信號中提取變速箱的故障特征,得出常見故障形態(tài)下的分析診斷是最普遍的故障分析方法,為工程應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)。最后,論文以酸軋機(jī)組軋機(jī)變速箱事故為研究對象,對軋機(jī)變速箱進(jìn)行了狀態(tài)監(jiān)測與故障診斷,運(yùn)用振動(dòng)信號的頻譜分析方法找出變速箱故障發(fā)生的原因,達(dá)到了快而準(zhǔn)的工程應(yīng)用效果,實(shí)現(xiàn)了理論成果應(yīng)用于工程實(shí)際并轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)力的目的。
[Abstract]:Gearbox is an indispensable part of mechanical equipment, widely used in modern metallurgical, chemical, power and other industrial fields. Under the condition of high speed and heavy load for a long time, the gearbox is prone to malfunction. People pay more and more attention to the prediction, prevention and diagnosis of the equipment fault. In recent decades, fault diagnosis technology has developed rapidly, in which signal extraction and feature analysis are the main methods of diagnosis and analysis. Starting with the modulation principle of mechanical vibration signal, this paper introduces the characteristics and typical fault analysis of vibration signal of gearbox under several kinds of modulation, and combines the time domain and frequency domain analysis method of vibration signal, such as waveform analysis, statistical analysis, etc. Power spectrum analysis, edge band analysis and cepstrum analysis. The vibration signal contains rich fault information. The fault characteristics of the gearbox are extracted from the signal. It is concluded that the analysis and diagnosis under the common fault form is the most common fault analysis method, which provides the theoretical basis for engineering application. Finally, taking the transmission accident of acid rolling mill as the research object, the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the gearbox are carried out, and the cause of the gearbox fault is found by using the frequency spectrum analysis method of vibration signal. The rapid and accurate effect of engineering application has been achieved, and the purpose of applying theoretical results to engineering practice and transforming them into productive forces has been realized.
