面向車間布局的多用戶協(xié)同式平臺設計

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化程度越來越高,企業(yè)間的競爭也變得更加激烈,市場需求的變化也逐步加快,生產(chǎn)企業(yè)也逐漸邁向單件、小批量的方向發(fā)展。車間內(nèi)部的生產(chǎn)線則需要根據(jù)不同的產(chǎn)品及其生產(chǎn)方式而實施重構,以達到適應柔性和敏捷制造的生產(chǎn)要求。同時,由于生產(chǎn)的特殊性,布局設計的時候往往需要多個工藝負責人的參與協(xié)作,計算機輔助設計作為現(xiàn)代制造企業(yè)不可或缺的技術組成部分,而網(wǎng)絡協(xié)同技術能有效的整合各種設計資源,為每個設計人員提供良好的設計平臺。 本文基于以上要求,采用虛擬現(xiàn)實的方法對生產(chǎn)車間進行布局仿真。通過網(wǎng)絡的方式整合數(shù)據(jù)資源,使客戶端的每個用戶共享其他設計人員的設計思想,實現(xiàn)多個用戶同時參加車間布局的方案設計,采用B/S架構降低客戶端的軟硬件接入要求,使設計人員能隨時隨地參加方案的討論設計,具體的研究工作如下: (1)針對多用戶車間布局的方案設計需要,建立后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,對系統(tǒng)的總體架構、客戶端接入拓撲形式進行分析設計。針對B/S架構模式,運用通用網(wǎng)關接口技術(Common Gateway Interface, CGI)技術實現(xiàn)服務器響應模式,對客戶端的各種數(shù)據(jù)包請求進行及時反饋,實時安全地維護后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫。 (2)分析協(xié)同過程中存在的權限等級與沖突形式問題,提出基于資源鎖的協(xié)同沖突解決方案,實現(xiàn)多用戶同時進行方案設計修改并即時反饋到各個用戶端,借助雙列表的方式,減少后臺處理過程,在一定程度上縮小延時粒度,并對多種異常情況進行分析,提出適當?shù)慕鉀Q方案,提高系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性。 (3)基于VRML語言特點,設計車間布局系統(tǒng)的主體頁面功能模塊。針對用戶自定義坐標系,以變換矩陣作為預處理實現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一坐標保存;研究三維坐標變換過程的矩陣運算;對布局交互模塊進行分析,為增加、刪除、修改等基本操作設計觸發(fā)節(jié)點響應,為用戶提供良好的交互性能。 (4)最后通過SQL Sever2008和Visual Studio2010進行系統(tǒng)開發(fā),采用四層管理模式,對各種功能進行類庫設計,提高系統(tǒng)的代碼重用性。根據(jù)各種網(wǎng)站開發(fā)技術對系統(tǒng)進行優(yōu)化,提高用戶體驗感與頁面的顯示效果。
[Abstract]:With the increasing degree of global economic integration, competition among enterprises has become more fierce, the change of market demand has been gradually accelerated, and the production enterprises are gradually moving towards the direction of single piece and small batch. In order to meet the requirements of flexible and agile manufacturing, the production line within the workshop needs to be reconfigured according to different products and their modes of production. At the same time, because of the particularity of production, the layout design often needs the participation and cooperation of many process leaders. Computer aided design (CAD) is an indispensable technical component of modern manufacturing enterprises. Network collaboration technology can effectively integrate all kinds of design resources and provide a good design platform for each designer. Based on the above requirements, the virtual reality method is used to simulate the layout of the workshop. By integrating the data resources through the network, each user of the client can share the design ideas of other designers, and many users can participate in the design of workshop layout at the same time. The B / S architecture is adopted to reduce the requirement of hardware and software access of the client. The specific research work is as follows: (1) to meet the needs of multi-user workshop layout, the background database is established, and the overall structure of the system is established. The client access topology is analyzed and designed. In view of the B / S architecture mode, the server response mode is realized by using the general gateway interface technology (Common Gateway Interface, CGI), and all kinds of data packet requests of the client are given timely feedback. The background database is maintained in real time and security. (2) analyzing the problems of privilege level and conflict form in the process of collaboration, a solution based on resource lock is proposed. The multi-user can modify the scheme design and feed back to each client at the same time. With the help of double list, it can reduce the backstage processing process, reduce the delay granularity to a certain extent, and analyze a variety of abnormal cases. An appropriate solution is proposed to improve the stability of the system. (3) based on the characteristics of VRML language, the main page function module of the workshop layout system is designed. Aiming at the user-defined coordinate system, the transformation matrix is used as the preprocessing to realize the unified coordinate preservation; the matrix operation of the three-dimensional coordinate transformation process is studied; the layout interaction module is analyzed to add and delete, The trigger node response is designed to provide the user with good interaction performance. (4) at last, the system is developed by SQL Sever2008 and Visual Studio2010, and the class library is designed with four-layer management mode. Improve the code reuse of the system. According to various website development techniques, the system is optimized to improve the user experience and the display effect of the page.
