邊界潤(rùn)滑膜溫度特性試驗(yàn)機(jī)的研制與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:邊界潤(rùn)滑是機(jī)械設(shè)備中最主要的潤(rùn)滑形式,而在潤(rùn)滑油中加入各種添加劑是提高其邊界潤(rùn)滑性能的重要手段。因此,開(kāi)展邊界潤(rùn)滑膜評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究,對(duì)于添加劑的合理選擇與應(yīng)用具有重要意義。 依據(jù)摩擦學(xué)原理推導(dǎo)出目前所采用的臨界載荷法和臨界速度法作為邊界潤(rùn)滑膜性能評(píng)價(jià)方法所存在的問(wèn)題,提出了一種新的評(píng)價(jià)方法:臨界溫度法。為了驗(yàn)證該評(píng)價(jià)方法的正確性,開(kāi)展了邊界潤(rùn)滑膜溫度特性試驗(yàn)方法的研究,針對(duì)試驗(yàn)要求,進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)機(jī)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與制造。 根據(jù)邊界潤(rùn)滑膜溫度特性試驗(yàn)機(jī)的功能需求,開(kāi)發(fā)了一套基于虛擬儀器LabVIEW的測(cè)量與控制系統(tǒng)。包括步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)、摩擦力測(cè)量系統(tǒng)、溫度控制系統(tǒng)以及數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng),并設(shè)計(jì)了友好的測(cè)控系統(tǒng)操作界面。 開(kāi)展了多種潤(rùn)滑添加劑的邊界膜溫度性能試驗(yàn),并對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析和處理,獲得了潤(rùn)滑添加劑的邊界膜溫度特性。 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:本文所設(shè)計(jì)的試驗(yàn)方法能夠全面的反映邊界潤(rùn)滑膜各溫度點(diǎn)的摩擦特征,并且對(duì)各種油樣有好的分辨能力,采用邊界膜臨界溫度試驗(yàn)方法所獲得的摩擦系數(shù)—溫度曲線,不僅能清楚反映邊界膜開(kāi)始失效的臨界溫度值,而且能反映出潤(rùn)滑添加劑的影響區(qū)間。
[Abstract]:Boundary lubrication is the most important form of lubrication in mechanical equipment, and adding various additives to lubricating oil is an important means to improve its boundary lubrication performance. Therefore, the research on the evaluation method of boundary lubricating film is of great significance for the rational selection and application of additives. According to the tribology principle, the problems of critical load method and critical velocity method as boundary lubricating film performance evaluation methods are deduced, and a new evaluation method, critical temperature method, is put forward. In order to verify the correctness of the evaluation method, the test method of boundary lubricating film temperature characteristic was studied, and the design and manufacture of the mechanical system of the testing machine was carried out according to the test requirements. A measurement and control system based on virtual instrument LabVIEW is developed according to the functional requirements of the boundary lubricating film temperature characteristic tester. It includes stepper motor control system, friction measurement system, temperature control system and data storage system. The boundary film temperature properties of various lubricating additives were tested, and the experimental data were analyzed and processed, and the boundary film temperature characteristics of lubricating additives were obtained. The experimental results show that the test method designed in this paper can fully reflect the friction characteristics of the boundary lubricating film at various temperature points, and has a good resolution for various oil samples. The friction-temperature curve obtained by using the boundary film critical temperature test method can not only clearly reflect the critical temperature value of the initial failure of the boundary film, but also reflect the influence range of lubricating additives.
