基于自動化加工的葉片裝夾方案

【摘要】:葉片加工自動線能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)一次裝夾,完成包括型面、凸臺、葉冠、葉根圓角等多個空間曲面的加工,葉片毛坯與機床的高效準確定位和自動鎖緊松開,是葉片實現(xiàn)自動化的關(guān)鍵所在。研究了一種基于自動化加工的葉片裝夾方案,大大節(jié)省了重新找正零點的輔助時間及高昂的準備成本,保證了工作的連續(xù)性,提高了工作效率和加工精度。
[Abstract]:The automatic line of blade machining can realize a single clamping, complete the machining of many space curved surfaces, including shape surface, convex table, crown, root corner and so on. The blade blank and machine tool can be located efficiently and accurately and automatically locked and loosened. It is the key to automate the blade. A blade clamping scheme based on automatic machining is studied in this paper, which saves the auxiliary time and high preparation cost of finding the zero point again, ensures the continuity of work, and improves the working efficiency and machining precision.
