滑移裝載機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:滑移式裝載機(jī)是一種實(shí)用、高效、多功能小型工程機(jī)械。可用于:(1)城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、道路、建筑工地、廠房車間、倉(cāng)庫(kù)、碼頭、輪船甲板甚至船艙內(nèi)等狹窄場(chǎng)地的作業(yè)。(2)在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)短時(shí)間內(nèi)可更換或掛接不同的工作裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)鏟運(yùn)、堆垛、起重、挖掘、鉆孔、破碎、松土、開溝、道路清掃和路面壓實(shí)等作業(yè)。(3)大型工程機(jī)械的后勤保障,用于場(chǎng)地清理及工程收尾等作業(yè)。(4)作為移動(dòng)式液壓泵站使用,為液壓水泵等液壓機(jī)具提供動(dòng)力源。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)大型基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)告一個(gè)段落,各種維護(hù)工程,小型工程項(xiàng)目將陸續(xù)登場(chǎng),小型工程機(jī)械需求量必然上升。公司決定研發(fā)該機(jī)型以適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求。 本論文對(duì)滑移式裝載機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析與設(shè)計(jì),目的在于整理出一套適合滑移式裝載機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的理論,并根據(jù)滑移式裝載機(jī)的整體要求,設(shè)計(jì)出與整機(jī)相匹配的液壓系統(tǒng),同時(shí)為滑移式裝載機(jī)的其他部分設(shè)計(jì)提供必要的參數(shù),最終為今后行業(yè)內(nèi)及常林股份有限公司滑移式裝載機(jī)開發(fā)過程中液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提出理論依據(jù)。 本課題將以滑移式裝載機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,通過大量的工況分析、理論計(jì)算及實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)出符合滑移式裝載機(jī)整機(jī)性能要求的行走、轉(zhuǎn)向液壓系統(tǒng)和工作液壓系統(tǒng)。并對(duì)整個(gè)液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力損失、系統(tǒng)效率、液壓沖擊及系統(tǒng)發(fā)熱進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的計(jì)算,確保設(shè)計(jì)出的液壓系統(tǒng)能滿足滑移式裝載機(jī)的整機(jī)要求。
[Abstract]:Slip loader is a practical, efficient, multi-functional small-scale construction machinery. It can be used for: (1) the operation of narrow space such as urban infrastructure, road, construction site, workshop, warehouse, wharf, ship deck or even cabin. (2) the shovel can be replaced or connected with different working devices in a short period of time at the construction site. Stacking, lifting, digging, drilling, crushing, soil loosening, ditching, road cleaning and road compaction, etc. (3) logistical support for large engineering machinery for site cleaning and engineering closure. (4) as a mobile hydraulic pump station, For hydraulic pumps and other hydraulic machinery to provide power source. With the large infrastructure construction in China, various maintenance projects, small engineering projects will come on stage one after another, the demand for small engineering machinery will inevitably rise. The company decided to develop the model to meet the needs of the market. In this paper, the hydraulic system of sliding loader is analyzed and designed. The purpose of this paper is to sort out a set of theory suitable for the design of sliding loader hydraulic system, and according to the overall requirements of sliding loader, The hydraulic system matching the whole machine is designed, and the necessary parameters are provided for the other parts of the sliding loader. Finally, the theoretical basis for hydraulic system design in industry and in the development process of slip loader in Changlin Co., Ltd is put forward. This subject will take the sliding loader as the research object, through the massive working condition analysis, the theory calculation and the practice experience, designs the walking, the steering hydraulic system and the working hydraulic system which accord with the sliding loader performance request. The pressure loss, system efficiency, hydraulic impact and system heating of the whole hydraulic system are calculated in detail to ensure that the designed hydraulic system can meet the requirements of the sliding loader.
