少齒差內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副的圖形式設(shè)計(jì)方法研究及設(shè)計(jì)軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:本課題主要研究?jī)?nèi)容是內(nèi)嚙合平動(dòng)齒輪減速器齒輪副變位系數(shù)的選取及中心距確定的可視化、參數(shù)化、圖形法設(shè)計(jì)。 采用MATLAB與Pro/E配合應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)配對(duì)嚙合齒輪副齒形參數(shù)的自動(dòng)計(jì)算與圖形可視化顯示,使多齒數(shù)少齒差配對(duì)嚙合齒輪副的齒形參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)成為可能。用MATLAB編程來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)少齒差內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,然后再用其優(yōu)化工具箱計(jì)算得到最優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,,運(yùn)用Pro/E中Program模塊參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)出內(nèi)外齒輪,然后再利用Pro/Toolkit并且借助VC++6.0語(yǔ)言對(duì)Pro/E進(jìn)行功能擴(kuò)展,利用Pro/E內(nèi)部的Dll程序自定義設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃、應(yīng)用程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)外齒輪的自動(dòng)生成,然后完成內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副的裝配。利用Pro/E仿真功能來(lái)驗(yàn)證齒輪副的干涉,輸入不同的變位系數(shù)對(duì)內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副裝配圖進(jìn)行干涉檢驗(yàn),并運(yùn)用仿真及回放觀察齒輪的干涉位置,依據(jù)干涉情況調(diào)整參數(shù)數(shù)值,重復(fù)上述過(guò)程直至獲取合理的變位系數(shù)使得齒輪副完全沒(méi)有干涉,對(duì)最終優(yōu)化參數(shù)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)圓整、通過(guò)修改對(duì)話框中的相應(yīng)數(shù)值控制程序作進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,全部參數(shù)均滿(mǎn)意后,繪出外齒輪及內(nèi)齒輪的工作圖。
[Abstract]:The main research contents of this paper are the selection of the modification coefficient and the visualization, parameterization and graphic design of the center distance of the gear pair of the internal meshing translational gear reducer. The MATLAB and Pro/E are used to realize the automatic calculation and visual display of the tooth profile parameters of the meshing gear pair, which makes it possible to design the tooth profile parameters of the pairing gear pair with less tooth number and less tooth difference. The design and calculation of the parameters of the inner meshing gear pair with less tooth difference are realized by MATLAB programming, then the optimum design scheme is obtained by using its optimization toolbox, and the inner and outer gears are designed parameterized by Program module in Pro/E. Then we use Pro/Toolkit and VC 6.0 to extend the function of Pro/E, use the internal Dll program of Pro/E to design and plan the internal and external gears automatically, and then finish the assembly of the internal gear pair. The interference of the gear pair is verified by the Pro/E simulation function. Different modification coefficients are input to the assembly diagram of the internal gear pair to check the interference, and the interference position of the gear is observed by simulation and playback, and the parameter value is adjusted according to the interference situation. This process is repeated until the gear pair is completely free of interference by obtaining a reasonable displacement coefficient, the final optimized parameters are properly rounded, and further optimized by modifying the corresponding numerical control program in the dialog box, all the parameters are satisfied. Draw the working diagram of outer gear and inner gear.
