面向設(shè)計(jì)制造集成的產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化定義及其應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來(lái),科學(xué)技術(shù)高速發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)力水平不斷提高,各行各業(yè)都在努力提高自己的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平,以適應(yīng)日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。機(jī)械制造行業(yè)是一個(gè)具有悠久歷史的行業(yè),但其原有的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的需求,提高行業(yè)的數(shù)字化水平,用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)改善原有的生產(chǎn)方式是一個(gè)急需解決的問(wèn)題。 設(shè)計(jì)與制造系統(tǒng)間信息傳遞困難是制約企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的主要因素之一。采用新的產(chǎn)品定義技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)制造的集成是一種切實(shí)可行的方法。本文所研究的產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化定義技術(shù)是一種全新的產(chǎn)品定義方法,其核心思想是基于特征的全三維產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)信息表達(dá)。產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化定義采用一個(gè)集成的三維實(shí)體模型來(lái)完整的表達(dá)產(chǎn)品信息,將產(chǎn)品及其零部件的設(shè)計(jì)制造信息共同定義到產(chǎn)品的三維數(shù)字化模型中。 在研究分析國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上確定產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化模型的數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品模型應(yīng)滿足的功能要求,,將模型的數(shù)據(jù)集內(nèi)容確定為基準(zhǔn)、坐標(biāo)系、實(shí)體模型、公差、尺寸標(biāo)注以及注釋信息等。并按照不同的方式對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)集進(jìn)行分類,將數(shù)據(jù)分為幾何信息數(shù)據(jù)集和非幾何信息數(shù)據(jù)集以及產(chǎn)品層、部件層、零件層和特征層信息。并確定了不同類型數(shù)據(jù)信息的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)。 在數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容及數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)數(shù)字化模型的建立方法進(jìn)行研究。確定了綜合采用參數(shù)化建模技術(shù)、特征技術(shù)以及模塊化技術(shù)、三維標(biāo)注集成等技術(shù)建立產(chǎn)品的數(shù)字化定義模型的方法。并針對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子實(shí)例分析確定了模型的具體構(gòu)建流程,包括產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)分析、構(gòu)造特征分類、功能結(jié)構(gòu)劃分和組成特征分析以及模塊歸類、函數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)等內(nèi)容。 對(duì)于所建立的數(shù)字化模型進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究,將其運(yùn)用在工藝設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)中。分析工藝系統(tǒng)中所需產(chǎn)品信息以及系統(tǒng)間信息的傳遞方法,并采用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)間信息的傳遞。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品構(gòu)造特征及尺寸公差等信息確定了產(chǎn)品的加工方法、加工順序等,并利用AOS樹(shù)技術(shù)生成了產(chǎn)品的加工工序。 基于上述研究,利用UG軟件提供的二次開(kāi)發(fā)工具以及VC編譯環(huán)境開(kāi)發(fā)針對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子類產(chǎn)品的數(shù)字化定義系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的整體功能結(jié)構(gòu)、核心模塊以及數(shù)據(jù)流程。從軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)的角度對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析設(shè)計(jì),并通過(guò)運(yùn)行實(shí)例證實(shí)了系統(tǒng)的可行性。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, with the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of productivity, all kinds of industries are trying to improve their production technology to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition. The mechanical manufacturing industry is an industry with a long history, but its original production technology level can not meet the needs of the modern society and improve the digitization level of the industry. Using computer technology to improve the original mode of production is an urgent problem to be solved. The difficulty of information transmission between design and manufacturing systems is one of the main factors restricting the production efficiency of enterprises. It is a feasible method to integrate design and manufacture with new product definition technology. The product digital definition technology studied in this paper is a new product definition method, whose core idea is the full-3D product data information representation based on features. The definition of product digitization uses an integrated 3D entity model to express the product information completely, and the design and manufacture information of the product and its parts are defined in the 3D digitized model of the product. Based on the research and analysis of domestic and foreign related research status, the data content of product digital model is determined. According to the functional requirements of the product model, the contents of the data set of the model are determined as datum, coordinate system, solid model, tolerance, dimensioning and annotation information. The data are classified according to different ways, and the data are divided into geometric information data set and non-geometric information data set, as well as product layer, component layer, part layer and feature layer information. The data structure of different types of data information is determined. Based on the research of data content and data structure, the establishment method of digital model is studied. The methods of establishing the digital definition model of product by using parameterized modeling technology, feature technology, modularization technology and 3D annotation integration technology are determined. Based on the analysis of rotor examples, the concrete construction process of the model is determined, including product structure analysis, construction feature classification, functional structure partition and component feature analysis, module classification, function realization and so on. The applied technology of the digital model is studied and applied to the process planning system. This paper analyzes the product information needed in the process system and the method of transferring the information between the systems, and adopts the database technology to realize the information transfer between the systems. According to the information of product construction feature and dimension tolerance, the processing method and process sequence of the product are determined, and the processing procedure of the product is generated by using AOS tree technology. Based on the above research, a digital definition system for rotor products is developed by using the secondary development tools provided by UG software and the VC compilation environment. The whole function structure, core module and data flow of the system are designed. The system is analyzed and designed from the point of view of software implementation, and the feasibility of the system is proved by running examples.
