面向設(shè)計(jì)制造集成的產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化定義及其應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, with the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of productivity, all kinds of industries are trying to improve their production technology to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition. The mechanical manufacturing industry is an industry with a long history, but its original production technology level can not meet the needs of the modern society and improve the digitization level of the industry. Using computer technology to improve the original mode of production is an urgent problem to be solved. The difficulty of information transmission between design and manufacturing systems is one of the main factors restricting the production efficiency of enterprises. It is a feasible method to integrate design and manufacture with new product definition technology. The product digital definition technology studied in this paper is a new product definition method, whose core idea is the full-3D product data information representation based on features. The definition of product digitization uses an integrated 3D entity model to express the product information completely, and the design and manufacture information of the product and its parts are defined in the 3D digitized model of the product. Based on the research and analysis of domestic and foreign related research status, the data content of product digital model is determined. According to the functional requirements of the product model, the contents of the data set of the model are determined as datum, coordinate system, solid model, tolerance, dimensioning and annotation information. The data are classified according to different ways, and the data are divided into geometric information data set and non-geometric information data set, as well as product layer, component layer, part layer and feature layer information. The data structure of different types of data information is determined. Based on the research of data content and data structure, the establishment method of digital model is studied. The methods of establishing the digital definition model of product by using parameterized modeling technology, feature technology, modularization technology and 3D annotation integration technology are determined. Based on the analysis of rotor examples, the concrete construction process of the model is determined, including product structure analysis, construction feature classification, functional structure partition and component feature analysis, module classification, function realization and so on. The applied technology of the digital model is studied and applied to the process planning system. This paper analyzes the product information needed in the process system and the method of transferring the information between the systems, and adopts the database technology to realize the information transfer between the systems. According to the information of product construction feature and dimension tolerance, the processing method and process sequence of the product are determined, and the processing procedure of the product is generated by using AOS tree technology. Based on the above research, a digital definition system for rotor products is developed by using the secondary development tools provided by UG software and the VC compilation environment. The whole function structure, core module and data flow of the system are designed. The system is analyzed and designed from the point of view of software implementation, and the feasibility of the system is proved by running examples.
