【摘要】：針對某核電站循環(huán)水泵振動及出口壓力脈動異常問題,通過分析設(shè)備本體結(jié)構(gòu)、振動頻譜及相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的情況,排除了設(shè)備自身問題的可能,揭示振動根源為因循環(huán)水泵出口廊道積氣導(dǎo)致泵內(nèi)流動不穩(wěn)所致。經(jīng)試驗驗證,在廊道頂端增加手動排氣閥,有效改善了該泵振動和壓力脈動的異常情況。最終,查明了循環(huán)水泵振動異常的影響因素,并相應(yīng)提出針對性的解決振動的對策。
[Abstract]:In view of the abnormal vibration and outlet pressure pulsation of circulating water pump in a nuclear power station, by analyzing the structure of the equipment, the vibration spectrum and the related system, the possibility of the equipment's own problems is eliminated. It is revealed that the source of vibration is the instability of flow in the pump due to the accumulation of gas at the outlet of the circulating pump. It is proved by experiment that adding manual exhaust valve to the top of corridor can effectively improve the abnormal condition of vibration and pressure pulsation of the pump. Finally, the influencing factors of the abnormal vibration of circulating water pump are found out, and the corresponding countermeasures to solve the vibration are put forward.
