基于PROFIBUS-DP智能閥門定位器研究
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the control effect and daily maintenance of industrial process control equipment are required. Pneumatic control valve has been widely used in the field of process control because of its unique characteristics. As the main control component of pneumatic control valve, valve positioner can greatly improve the control accuracy and response speed of valve. PROFIBUS-DP bus is widely used in the field of process control because of its unique advantages, and has become the standard of mechanical industry in China in 2001. At present, most of the domestic research is based on the HART protocol of intelligent valve positioner, but in our country, most of the process control field uses PROFIBUS-DP bus protocol. Based on this, it is of great significance to study the intelligent valve locator based on PROFIBUS-DP. The intelligent valve positioner studied in this paper uses two-wire power supply. Through the embedded design technology, the whole of the positioner is analyzed and studied, with emphasis on the construction of hardware system. The main work is as follows: 1. The intelligent valve positioner at home and abroad is analyzed and studied by consulting relevant literature. The advantages and disadvantages of different types of valve locators are analyzed from the point of view of the structure, working principle and functions of the locator, and the protocol structure, communication model and functional characteristics of the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus are analyzed. The design method of PROFIBUS-DP intelligent node is given. 2, the inherent mechanism of pneumatic control valve control system is analyzed, and the mathematical model of control valve flow characteristic is given. The mathematical model of the relationship between the PWM control signal and the valve position and the mathematical model of the valve position feedback signal conversion. 3. The modular analysis and research method is used to deeply analyze and study the various components of the intelligent valve positioner system. The differences of various design methods are compared, and on this basis, the whole scheme of intelligent valve positioner system based on microprocessor S3C44B0 is constructed. The expected design objective is given. 4. The hardware system of the intelligent valve positioner is analyzed and studied. The embedded design technology is adopted, and the two-wire power supply design is taken as the basic point, and the main core circuit of the locator is analyzed. For example, power supply circuit, sampling circuit, I / P conversion unit, feedback circuit and communication circuit are analyzed and designed respectively, and the corresponding design scheme is given. The whole design scheme of the software system is given first, and then according to the modular programming method, the software analysis and design of the signal sampling and processing program, the main control program, the communication program and the man-machine interface program are carried out.
