單螺桿壓縮機(jī)機(jī)械密封的研究與改進(jìn)
[Abstract]:In this paper, due to the serious oil leakage of single screw compressor in Jinhao Air Compressor Plant, a double-row reverse spiral groove upstream pumping mechanical seal is designed and calculated analytically, and the temperature field of steady sealing ring is calculated by using finite element software ANSYS and FLUENT,. The pressure field and temperature field of the seal ring are simulated. The effects of different friction pairs on the temperature of seal end surface, such as the pressure of sealing medium, the pressure of sealing medium and the rotational speed of spindle, are studied, and the effects of pressure of seal chamber, speed of seal and viscosity of sealing medium on some stable performance parameters of mechanical seal are discussed. It provides theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of mechanical seals. The simulation results prove the correctness of the design. Under the condition of variable rotational speed or variable pressure, the new seal designed has good performance, the end surface temperature rise and friction power consumption are lower, and the performance of mechanical seal is better than that of common mechanical seal. Compared with single row spiral groove upstream pumping mechanical seal performance is also improved to meet the industrial application requirements. Finally, the economic analysis of the new mechanical seal is carried out to make it meet the requirements in function and economy. At the same time, this paper has certain guiding significance and application value for solving the leakage problem of other mechanical seals.
