雙離合器自動變速器故障診斷及故障處理研究

【摘要】:雙離合器自動變速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,簡稱DCT)是近年來發(fā)展起來的一種新型自動變速器,具有傳動效率高、換擋過程無動力中斷、舒適性好、燃油經(jīng)濟性好等諸多優(yōu)點。DCT和手動變速器(Manual Transmission,簡稱MT)具有相似的結(jié)構和零部件,DCT生產(chǎn)可充分利用現(xiàn)有MT生產(chǎn)設備,從而降低制造成本。因此,DCT已成為自動變速器領域的重點發(fā)展對象,具有非常好的前景。 國外DCT技術相對成熟,已經(jīng)進行批量化生產(chǎn)。近年來,國內(nèi)已有多家單位進行了DCT相關研究,并取得了一些成果,但總體來說國內(nèi)DCT研究仍處于起步階段。由于DCT結(jié)構和控制系統(tǒng)復雜,在對DCT研究的過程中,有必要進行DCT故障診斷及故障處理的研究,以增強DCT運行時的穩(wěn)定性和整車安全性,提高DCT故障確診率和維修效率。本文以濕式DCT為研究對象,主要進行了以下研究工作: ①分析了DCT的結(jié)構和工作原理,將DCT系統(tǒng)分為變速器控制單元、傳感器、執(zhí)行機構和被控對象四部分;研究了DCT可能產(chǎn)生的故障,并按照對車輛的影響程度對DCT系統(tǒng)各故障進行分類; ②以DCT系統(tǒng)各組成部分之間的關系為基礎,綜合運用基于信號分析的故障診斷方法、基于解析冗余的故障診斷方法和基于狀態(tài)反饋的故障診斷方法,制定了DCT各組成部分的故障診斷策略和故障的協(xié)調(diào)處理策略; ③基于Matlab/Simunlink仿真平臺開發(fā)了DCT故障診斷系統(tǒng),分別搭建了基于信號分析的故障診斷模塊、基于解析冗余的故障診斷模塊和基于狀態(tài)反饋的故障診斷模塊,并對各模塊進行了仿真分析; ④以D2P軟硬件平臺為基礎,進行了DCT樣車快速控制原型開發(fā),搭建了DCT控制系統(tǒng)和故障診斷系統(tǒng),在OBD-Ⅱ的基礎上,制定了DCT相關故障碼,并進行了DCT樣車無故障運行道路試驗和故障診斷、故障處理試驗,最后對試驗結(jié)果進行了分析。
[Abstract]:Dual clutch automatic transmission (Dual Clutch Transmission,) is a new type of automatic transmission developed in recent years. It has high transmission efficiency, no power interruption during shift, and good comfort. There are many advantages, such as good fuel economy and manual transmission (Manual Transmission, (MT), which have similar structure and parts. It can make full use of the existing MT production equipment and thus reduce the manufacturing cost. Therefore, DCT has become the focus of development in the field of automatic transmission, and has a very good prospect. Foreign DCT technology is relatively mature, has been batch production. In recent years, a number of domestic units have carried out DCT related research, and achieved some results, but generally speaking, the domestic DCT research is still in its infancy. Because of the complexity of DCT structure and control system, it is necessary to study DCT fault diagnosis and fault treatment in the process of DCT research, so as to enhance the stability and safety of DCT, improve the diagnosis rate and maintenance efficiency of DCT. This paper takes wet DCT as the research object, mainly carries on the following research work: 1 analyzes the structure and the working principle of the DCT, divides the DCT system into four parts: the transmission control unit, the sensor, the actuator and the controlled object; The possible faults of DCT are studied, and the faults of DCT system are classified according to the degree of influence on the vehicle. (2) based on the relationship between the components of DCT system, the method of fault diagnosis based on signal analysis is used synthetically. The fault diagnosis method based on analytic redundancy and the fault diagnosis method based on state feedback. The fault diagnosis strategy and coordination strategy of each component of DCT are worked out. 3 the fault diagnosis system of DCT is developed based on Matlab/Simunlink simulation platform, and the fault diagnosis module based on signal analysis is built respectively.
