基于有限元的結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性分析與設計

【摘要】:隨著科學技術的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的安全系數(shù)設計方法已經(jīng)不能滿足要求,以概率論和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計為基礎的現(xiàn)代可靠性設計方法成為取代傳統(tǒng)機械方法一種發(fā)展的趨勢。 由于實際機械的復雜性,在進行可靠性設計時,采用隨機有限元分析方法與可靠性理論相結(jié)合,能有效的計算出結(jié)構(gòu)的失效概率和可靠度。彌補傳統(tǒng)設計方法的不足之處。本文簡要介紹了基于隨機有限元法的結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性設計方法,并利用有限元分析軟件中的概率設計模塊對龍門起重機的主梁進行了可靠性分析。 論文首先在深入研究國內(nèi)外有關文獻資料的基礎上,概述了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代可靠性的研究的歷史和現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題以及可靠性設計的基本內(nèi)容,然后,介紹了可靠性分析的基本方法,有隨機抽樣法、解析法、混合法和隨機有限元法。其中解析法又包括直接積分法、一次二階矩法、響應面法和改進均值法。并總結(jié)了各種方法的特點、缺陷以及適用情況等。重點介紹了隨機有限元法,隨機場的表示方法及其可靠度的相關內(nèi)容,為后面的基于有基于有限元的可靠性分析過程打下了理論基礎。 最后,在實際工程應用方面,論文從起重機金屬結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性評價出發(fā),結(jié)合前面研究的可靠性分析方法和理論,在充分考慮起重機工作期間各種不確定因素的基礎上,利用基于蒙特卡洛法和有限元技術對100t龍門起重機的主梁進行了可靠性分析和探討,證實了利用ANSYS中的概率設計模塊對結(jié)構(gòu)進行可靠性分析的可行性和實用性。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the traditional design method of safety factor can not meet the requirements. The modern reliability design method based on probability theory and mathematical statistics has become a trend to replace the traditional mechanical method. Because of the complexity of the actual machinery, the failure probability and reliability of the structure can be effectively calculated by combining the stochastic finite element analysis method with the reliability theory in the reliability design. To make up for the shortcomings of traditional design methods. This paper briefly introduces the reliability design method of structure based on stochastic finite element method, and makes use of the probability design module of finite element analysis software to analyze the reliability of the main girder of gantry crane. Firstly, on the basis of deeply studying the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the history and present situation of modern reliability research at home and abroad, the existing problems and the basic contents of reliability design. This paper introduces the basic methods of reliability analysis, including random sampling method, analytical method, mixed method and stochastic finite element method. The analytical method includes the direct integration method, the first order second moment method, the response surface method and the improved mean method. The characteristics, defects and application of various methods are summarized. This paper mainly introduces the stochastic finite element method, the representation method of random field and the related contents of its reliability, which lays a theoretical foundation for the process of reliability analysis based on finite element method. Finally, in the practical engineering application, the paper starts from the safety evaluation of the crane metal structure, combines the reliability analysis method and theory of the previous research, on the basis of fully considering all kinds of uncertain factors during the crane work. The reliability analysis and discussion of the main girder of 100t gantry crane based on Monte Carlo method and finite element technique are carried out, and the feasibility and practicability of using probability design module in ANSYS to analyze the reliability of the structure are proved.
