橋式起重機整機三維參數化快速設計系統的研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著現代工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,產品的更新換代速度也逐漸加快,市場競爭也越來越激烈,,企業(yè)要在保證產品的設計質量、增加產品種類的情況下,要盡量加快產品的上市時間,降低產品的設計成本。快速設計技術的應用成為企業(yè)提高產品設計效率的有效手段之一。而模塊化技術與參數化技術相結合就是實現快速設計的有效途徑。 本文以橋式起重機為研究對象,根據用戶的需求和橋式起重機的功能、結構特點,以提高產品的設計效率,增強企業(yè)的產品競爭力為目的,利用模塊化和參數化設計技術,開發(fā)了橋式起重機整機快速設計系統,完成了橋式起重機零件-部件-整機的快速設計。本論文研究的主要內容有: (1)了解了國內外橋式起重機的發(fā)展特點及現狀,參數化技術的發(fā)展現狀和快速設計的研究情況,給出了本課題研究的背景和意義。 (2)對快速設計的理論進行了闡述研究,講述了模塊化和參數化的設計方法,并且將模塊化技術與參數化技術理論上的結合進行了分析,為下一步橋式起重機的快速設計實現提供理論基礎。 (3)對橋式起重機快速設計系統的關鍵技術進行了研究,包括模塊化技術、參數化技術、SolidEdge的二次開發(fā)技術以及數據庫技術。利用了公理化設計理論構建功能結構圖對橋式起重機進行模塊劃分。橋式起重機的參數化技術的參數化建模技術、參數化模型驅動技術和參數化模型裝配技術。 (4)以VB6.0為編程工具,以Access為系統數據庫,對SolidEdge進行二次開發(fā),開發(fā)了橋式起重機整機快速設計系統,并對系統的主要功能開發(fā)作了詳細的說明,并實現了“新建合同—參數設置—部件計算校核—模型模塊選擇與驅動—模型模塊化裝配—模型渲染—整機產品”的產品設計流程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern industry, the speed of product upgrading is also gradually speeding up, and the market competition is becoming more and more intense. Enterprises should try their best to speed up the time to market under the condition of ensuring the design quality of products and increasing the variety of products. Reduce the design cost of the product. The application of rapid design technology has become one of the effective means for enterprises to improve the efficiency of product design. The combination of modularization and parameterization is an effective way to achieve rapid design. This paper takes the bridge crane as the research object, according to the demand of the user, the function and the structure characteristic of the bridge crane, in order to improve the design efficiency of the product and enhance the competitiveness of the product, the modular and parametric design technology is used. The rapid design system of bridge crane is developed, and the part-whole machine of bridge crane is designed quickly. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the development characteristics and current situation of bridge crane at home and abroad, the development status of parameterized technology and the research situation of rapid design are studied. The background and significance of this research are given. (2) the theory of rapid design is discussed, and the modular and parametric design methods are described. The combination of modularization technology and parameterized technology is analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the next rapid design of bridge crane. (3) the key technology of bridge crane rapid design system is studied. It includes modularization technology, parameterization technology, secondary development technology of SolidEdge and database technology. The function structure diagram is constructed by axiomatic design theory to divide the module of bridge crane. Parametric modeling technology of bridge crane parameterization technology, parameterized model driving technology and parameterized model assembly technology. (4) taking VB6.0 as programming tool and Access as system database, the second development of SolidEdge is carried out. The rapid design system of bridge crane is developed, and the main functions of the system are described in detail. The product design process of "new contract, parameter setting, component calculation and checking, model module selection and driving-model modular assembly-model rendering-whole machine product" is realized.
