基于LabVIEW與PLC的泵控缸測控系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:As one of the most important components in hydraulic system, hydraulic cylinder is widely used in construction machinery, coal mine machinery and so on, so it is very important to obtain the performance parameters of hydraulic cylinder accurately. The pump-controlled cylinder test system is an important equipment for the performance and quality inspection of the hydraulic cylinder. The system can be used to complete the factory inspection and periodic fault detection of the hydraulic cylinder. This paper briefly introduces the pump controlled cylinder test system, summarizes the application of virtual instrument, virtual instrument technology in hydraulic system and its application with PLC, and expounds the composition and principle of the existing pump controlled cylinder test system. Taking the existing pump-controlled cylinder test system as the research object, an overall design scheme consisting of a collection system and a control system is proposed to meet the requirements of the system. The displacement sensor, pressure sensor, data acquisition card, PLC and its special function modules are selected. The measurement and control system of the test system is developed by using LabVIEW. The functions of multi-channel data acquisition, data processing, data saving, alarm, output step signal control and output trapezoid wave control are realized. Using PLC as the lower computer and LabVIEW as the upper computer, the data communication between the lower computer and the upper computer is realized by using OPC technology, and the program of measurement and control system combining the lower computer and the upper computer is compiled, in which PLC completes the data acquisition and data processing. Display and save etc. Through the existing pump-controlled cylinder test system, the measurement and control system based on LabVIEW and the measurement and control system based on LabVIEW and PLC are analyzed experimentally. The experimental results show that the displacement of the pump control cylinder can be realized by the two measurement and control systems. The parameters such as pressure and load can be tested, and the loading and speed control of the pump control cylinder can be realized at the same time, and the man-machine interface of the system is intuitionistic. The system has established the measurement and control system based on LabVIEW and the platform based on the combination of LabVIEW and PLC for the existing pump-controlled cylinder test system, which has some reference and guiding significance for the development of similar pump-controlled cylinder measurement and control system.
