基于嵌入式MCU的變轉(zhuǎn)速液壓測控系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:As a new type of energy saving transmission technology, variable speed hydraulic technology can reduce the energy loss of the whole system and improve the efficiency of the whole machine. It has a wide application prospect in hydraulic system. At present, the high-end embedded system has the functions of small kernel, high modularization and multi-task processing. However, when it is applied to the control purpose, the function of MCS-51 is strong enough to meet the requirements of most situations in the field of control. In order to better apply variable speed hydraulic technology, a set of measurement and control system based on embedded MCU is designed in this paper. The main parameters of variable speed pump controlled motor speed regulating system are collected, displayed and controlled in real time. By analyzing the structure and working principle of hydraulic system with variable rotational speed, the output signal types of each sensor and the control signal types of proportional relief valve, proportional directional valve and frequency converter in hydraulic system are sorted out. Thus, the overall structure and function of the measurement and control system are determined. The hardware design and software design of the measurement and control system are described in detail. The hardware of the measurement and control system mainly includes the embedded MCU minimum system A / D acquisition module D / A output module MCU communication module and signal conditioning circuit. The principle diagram and PCB diagram of the measurement and control system are designed by using Protel99SE. The electronic components are welded to the circuit board and the hardware is made. The monitoring software includes communication module, waveform display module and so on. The software of the lower computer of the measurement and control system includes the main program of the system, the subprogram of the A / D module and the subroutine of the D / A module and the USB communication subroutine, etc. The WAVE software and the Defoe simulator are used to debug the subprograms online. The data can be collected in the field and sent to the host computer through the USB interface, which shows that the design of hardware and software is feasible. Can collect and display variable speed hydraulic system dynamic parameters. By debugging the designed hardware and the software of the upper and lower computer, the test data of the measuring and controlling system are accurate, and the data acquisition, display and signal control can be realized, which provides a good research platform for the further research of variable speed hydraulic pressure.
