H公司機(jī)加工車間設(shè)施布局及物料搬運(yùn)系統(tǒng)改善

【摘要】:設(shè)施布局作為生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容,對(duì)企業(yè)設(shè)施維護(hù)成本、員工安全、資金運(yùn)用和現(xiàn)場管理等方面的重要性不言而喻。本文從介紹設(shè)施規(guī)劃的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,分析設(shè)施規(guī)劃的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),并結(jié)合對(duì)H公司的現(xiàn)場考核,以其機(jī)加工車間作為改善對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)研究重型機(jī)械廠機(jī)加工車間設(shè)施布局及物料搬運(yùn)路線的改善方法。 物料搬運(yùn)路線與車間設(shè)施布局的改善相輔相成,本文開頭先介紹了物料搬運(yùn)系統(tǒng)及車間設(shè)施布局這兩方面的相關(guān)理論及改善原則,再通過對(duì)車間現(xiàn)狀的分析,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有設(shè)施布局混亂及物料搬運(yùn)系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜這兩方面的不足,對(duì)機(jī)加車間生產(chǎn)過程的物流關(guān)系和非物流關(guān)系分別進(jìn)行分析。針對(duì)重型機(jī)械廠機(jī)加工車間特點(diǎn),文中根據(jù)兩種典型的機(jī)器及設(shè)備的原則布置(工藝原則布置、產(chǎn)品原則布置)分別提出了與之對(duì)應(yīng)的改善方案。對(duì)各作業(yè)單位的相對(duì)位置關(guān)系進(jìn)行調(diào)整,對(duì)機(jī)加工車間設(shè)施進(jìn)行重新布局,對(duì)物流路線進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計(jì),以達(dá)到減少物流交叉迂回及物流的無效往復(fù)運(yùn)輸,避免物料運(yùn)送中的混亂及運(yùn)送路線過長等問題發(fā)生的目的,使物流系統(tǒng)得以平衡。最后利用層次分析法來確定出最優(yōu)的設(shè)施規(guī)劃布局及物料搬運(yùn)路線改善方案,并畫出最終改善圖來加以分析。 本文的改善中主要從物流角度出發(fā),對(duì)物流路線迂回和場地浪費(fèi)等現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)改善,同時(shí)符合機(jī)加車間三種產(chǎn)品(回轉(zhuǎn)分配器、起升減速機(jī)、回轉(zhuǎn)減速器)的工藝要求,在滿足各產(chǎn)品工序要求的同時(shí)進(jìn)行物流路線的改善。在分析車間現(xiàn)狀時(shí)利用三維繪圖軟件畫出機(jī)加車間的現(xiàn)狀三維立體圖,便于對(duì)機(jī)加車間進(jìn)行細(xì)致觀察,得出最終的機(jī)加工車間設(shè)施布局及物料搬運(yùn)路線最佳改善方案。
[Abstract]:As the main content of production system planning and design, facility layout is of great importance to the maintenance cost, employee safety, fund utilization and site management of enterprise facilities. Starting with the introduction of the present situation of facility planning, this paper analyzes the development trends of facilities planning at home and abroad, and combines with the on-site examination of H Company, taking its machining workshop as the object of improvement. This paper focuses on the improvement of equipment layout and material handling route in machining workshop of heavy machinery factory. The material handling route and the improvement of workshop facility layout complement each other. At the beginning of this paper, the related theories and improvement principles of material handling system and workshop facility layout are introduced, and then the present situation of workshop is analyzed. According to the disordered layout of the existing facilities and the complexity of the material handling system, the logistics and non-logistics relationships in the production process of the plant are analyzed respectively. According to the characteristics of machining workshop in heavy machinery factory, the corresponding improvement schemes are put forward according to the principle arrangement of two typical machines and equipments (process principle arrangement, product principle arrangement). Adjust the relative position relationship of each operating unit, rearrange the facilities of machining workshop, redesign the logistics route to reduce the intersections of logistics and the ineffective reciprocating transportation of logistics, The purpose of avoiding confusion and long delivery routes in material transportation is to balance the logistics system. Finally, the optimal layout of facilities and material handling route improvement scheme is determined by AHP, and the final improvement diagram is drawn to analyze it. In the improvement of this paper, mainly from the point of view of logistics, the logistics route roundabout and waste of site are mainly improved, and the process requirements of three kinds of products (rotary distributor, hoisting reducer, rotary reducer) in the machine and processing workshop are met at the same time. At the same time to meet the requirements of each product process logistics route improvement. In the analysis of the present situation of the workshop, the three-dimensional drawing software is used to draw the three-dimensional drawing of the machine adding workshop, which is convenient for the careful observation of the machine adding workshop, and the best scheme for improving the facility layout and material handling route of the final machining workshop is obtained.
