圓管帶式輸送機桁架梁有限元分析及可視化研究
[Abstract]:Truss is one of the main structural forms in metal structures, which has the advantages of light weight, large stiffness, good seismic performance and material saving. It is widely used in crane transportation machinery, buildings, bridges, factory workshops and various supporting skeletons. In this paper, the truss beam of circular pipe belt conveyor is analyzed by finite element method. In the process of visualization research, mechanical analysis is divided into two modules: conventional calculation and finite element analysis, and these two modules are regarded as the target system. Conventional calculation module: according to the solid model of truss beam, the corresponding mechanical model is established. This paper analyzes the various load forms of truss beam, determines the working condition and selects the load combination, summarizes and induces the recursive formula for calculating the internal force of the truss beam, calculates the internal force of each member of the truss beam, and the strength of the truss beam. The stiffness and stability are checked and the design calculation instruction is generated. Finite element analysis module: the finite element model of truss beam is established, the finite element analysis is carried out by using ANSYS software, the APDL program is compiled to complete the pre-processing of finite element, the parameterized analysis of the three steps of solving and post-processing, and the output of stress-strain cloud diagram. In this paper, the general requirement analysis of the target system is first carried out, and then the corresponding function analysis is carried out on the basis of the requirement analysis. According to the mechanical analysis process of truss beam, the corresponding program is compiled by Visual C language, and the man-machine friendly interface is established, the parameterized design is carried out, the data sharing is realized, and the visualization degree of the system is improved. The result of analysis and calculation is output according to the text form, and the calculation specification is generated, which makes the user get accurate data and greatly reduces the workload of the designer. Finally, combined with engineering examples, the software designed in this paper is used to run two modules of conventional calculation and finite element analysis, and generate calculation instructions, and compare the results of conventional calculation and finite element analysis. The results of finite element analysis are similar to those of conventional calculation and meet the engineering requirements. It shows the superiority of the visualization software of finite element analysis of truss beam based on APDL and has certain engineering practical value.
