修磨臺(tái)車驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)分析及平衡閥的研究和開發(fā)

【摘要】:論文涉及的液壓平衡閥是一個(gè)集成閥體,是修磨臺(tái)車驅(qū)動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵部件之一。文中系統(tǒng)分析了平衡閥使用的設(shè)備概況和液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。 本文對(duì)平衡閥的工作原理進(jìn)行了較透徹的剖析,通過(guò)對(duì)損壞閥體的解體測(cè)繪,仔細(xì)探究了平衡閥的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、損壞的原因和開發(fā)的技術(shù)難點(diǎn),并根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)具體條件,提出平衡閥開發(fā)的整體技術(shù)改進(jìn)方案,制作零部件,進(jìn)行裝配,為方便安裝,新開發(fā)的制動(dòng)閥其接口尺寸和外形尺寸按原閥尺寸保持不變,外部結(jié)構(gòu)保持不變各閥件只做內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,從而滿足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的需要。 為了不影響平衡閥的工作特性,對(duì)此平衡閥的動(dòng)態(tài)特性做一些定性的仿真研究,保證改造后的平衡閥的動(dòng)、靜態(tài)特性,通過(guò)仿真驗(yàn)證數(shù)學(xué)模型的正確性及平衡閥優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性,并為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的正常使用提供初步的理論依據(jù)。 根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏,合理安排上機(jī)時(shí)間,并和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員對(duì)投入試用的平衡閥系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行觀測(cè)和數(shù)據(jù)收集,經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)處理和仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,得出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The hydraulic balance valve is an integrated valve body, which is one of the key components of the hydraulic system driven by the grinder. The general situation of the equipment and the hydraulic drive system of the balance valve are analyzed systematically in this paper. In this paper, the working principle of the balance valve is thoroughly analyzed, and through the disassembly mapping of the damaged valve body, the technical characteristics, the causes of the damage and the technical difficulties of the development of the balance valve are carefully explored, and according to the domestic specific conditions, The integral technical improvement scheme of balance valve development is put forward, parts and components are made and assembled. In order to facilitate installation, the newly developed brake valve's interface size and shape size remain unchanged according to the original valve size. The external structure remains the same. The valves only adjust the internal structure to meet the actual production needs. In order not to affect the working characteristics of the balance valve, some qualitative simulation studies on the dynamic characteristics of the balance valve are made to ensure the dynamic and static characteristics of the modified balance valve. The correctness of the mathematical model and the feasibility of the optimal design of the balance valve are verified by simulation, and the preliminary theoretical basis for the normal use of the field is provided. According to the production rhythm of the site, reasonable arrangement of the time to start the machine, and field personnel to the balance valve system put into trial observation and data collection, after data processing and simulation results are compared, draw a conclusion.
