電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠閥的工作特性分析與優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:點(diǎn)膠工藝廣泛用于微電子、光電子、微機(jī)械系統(tǒng)等領(lǐng)域,而現(xiàn)有的點(diǎn)膠技術(shù)難以滿足口益復(fù)雜的封裝要求。噴射點(diǎn)膠是新一代的點(diǎn)膠技術(shù),但是現(xiàn)有的氣動(dòng)——彈簧方式驅(qū)動(dòng)的噴射點(diǎn)膠頭主要被國(guó)外公司壟斷,同時(shí)也存在驅(qū)動(dòng)力有限,控制不方便等缺點(diǎn)。為打破壟斷,根據(jù)噴射點(diǎn)膠技術(shù)的要求,提出了電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)噴射點(diǎn)膠方案。 本文首先對(duì)點(diǎn)膠工藝和電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)做了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹;接著介紹了電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)噴射點(diǎn)膠技術(shù)的組成和實(shí)現(xiàn)原理,對(duì)其關(guān)鍵執(zhí)行元件電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)噴射點(diǎn)膠頭的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了描述,完善了其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)噴射點(diǎn)膠的工作特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)、改進(jìn)了驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,對(duì)電路的工作原理和關(guān)鍵元件的選取做了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明,并完成了電路的調(diào)試工作;然后對(duì)電磁噴射點(diǎn)膠頭試制樣品的進(jìn)行了一系列的測(cè)試分析,包括預(yù)壓彈簧的剛度、靜態(tài)電磁力和噴針位移響應(yīng)等;同時(shí),為了更好的分析電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)噴射點(diǎn)膠頭的工作特性,利用Matlab/Simulink軟件建立了噴射過(guò)程的仿真模型。通過(guò)仿真模型,分析了驅(qū)動(dòng)電壓、摩擦力等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)對(duì)噴射頭性能的影響,并進(jìn)行了參數(shù)優(yōu)化,改進(jìn)了噴射閥的性能。最后,利用電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)噴射點(diǎn)膠閥進(jìn)行了噴射點(diǎn)膠實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)噴射點(diǎn)膠閥初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了粘度為1.2Pa.s的膠液六滴/秒的噴射點(diǎn)膠,能較好的滿足工業(yè)點(diǎn)膠要求。
[Abstract]:Dispensing technology is widely used in microelectronics, optoelectronics, micromechanical systems and other fields, but the existing dispensing technology is difficult to meet the complex packaging requirements. Jet dispensing technology is a new generation of dispensing technology, but the existing pneumatic spring driven jet dispenser head is mainly monopolized by foreign companies. At the same time, there are some disadvantages such as limited driving force and inconvenient control. In order to break the monopoly, according to the requirements of jet dispensing technology, the electromagnetic drive jet dispensing scheme was proposed. In this paper, the development status and trend of dispensing technology and electromagnetic drive technology are introduced briefly, and then the composition and realization principle of electromagnetic driven jet dispensing technology are introduced. The structure design process of the key actuator electromagnetic jet dispenser is described, and its structure design is improved. According to the working characteristics of electromagnetic drive spray dispenser, the driving circuit is designed and improved. The working principle of the circuit and the selection of key components are explained in detail, and the debugging work of the circuit is completed. Then, a series of tests and analysis are carried out on the sample of electromagnetic jet dispenser, including the stiffness of preloaded spring, the static electromagnetic force and the displacement response of jet needle, etc. At the same time, in order to better analyze the working characteristics of electromagnetic jet dispenser, The simulation model of injection process is established by using Matlab/Simulink software. Through the simulation model, the effects of key parameters such as driving voltage and friction force on the performance of the jet head are analyzed, and the parameters are optimized to improve the performance of the injection valve. Finally, the spray dispensing experiment was carried out using electromagnetic driven spray dispensing valve. The experimental results show that the electromagnetic driven jet dispensing valve has realized the spray dispensing of 1.2Pa.s with viscosity of six drops / s, which can meet the requirements of industrial dispensing.
