基于無線通信技術(shù)的行車控制系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:橋式起重機(jī)(簡(jiǎn)稱行車),廣泛用于工廠、車間、倉庫等處的物品裝卸。行車在鋼鐵生產(chǎn)過程中起著重要的作用,參與特定的工藝操作,通過指令吊運(yùn)鐵水、鋼水、廢鋼、板坯和各種成品,并跟蹤記錄吊運(yùn)物品的位置。行車工作環(huán)境特點(diǎn)是使用頻繁、條件惡劣,工作級(jí)別較高。隨著鋼鐵行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)量不斷上升,對(duì)于行車通信高效穩(wěn)定的要求也越來越高。 寶鋼某區(qū)域稱重行車自1998年投運(yùn)以來,通信系統(tǒng)存在較高的故障率,且故障恢復(fù)時(shí)間長、設(shè)備老化、穩(wěn)定性差等因素,,嚴(yán)重影響了正常的作業(yè)。針對(duì)高故障率現(xiàn)象,有必要設(shè)計(jì)先進(jìn)的行車通信系統(tǒng),滿足日常生產(chǎn)需要。本文以寶鋼某區(qū)域稱重行車為對(duì)象,對(duì)行車無線通信控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,并建立系統(tǒng)軟硬件平臺(tái)。 1.比較多種無線通信技術(shù)特點(diǎn),針對(duì)行車自身特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行環(huán)境,確定了數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換方式和無線通信方式,制定了控制系統(tǒng)的整體方案。 2.研究了單片機(jī)技術(shù),從系統(tǒng)元件、硬件電路、軟件結(jié)構(gòu)和軟件程序等方面考慮,運(yùn)用抗干擾技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了地面站子系統(tǒng),完成子系統(tǒng)電路設(shè)計(jì)、軟件編程和硬件設(shè)計(jì)。 3.運(yùn)用了無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了無線通信子系統(tǒng),建立行車與主機(jī)之間快速、可靠地通訊連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)行車的群調(diào)度作業(yè)。 4.運(yùn)用筆者所在公司自主研發(fā)的信息交換中間件(XCOM),設(shè)計(jì)了車上站子系統(tǒng),完成監(jiān)控終端的功能和界面設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Bridge crane (short for driving), widely used in factories, workshops, warehouses and other goods loading and unloading. Crane plays an important role in the process of iron and steel production, participates in specific process operation, hoists molten iron, molten steel, scrap steel, slab and all kinds of finished products, and keeps track of the location of lifting goods. Driving working environment is characterized by frequent use, poor conditions, high working level. With the rapid development of iron and steel industry, the output is increasing, and the requirement of high efficiency and stability for traffic communication is becoming higher and higher. Since the operation of a weighing train in a certain area of Baosteel in 1998, the communication system has a high failure rate, and the failure recovery time is long, the equipment is aging, and the stability is poor, which seriously affects the normal operation. In view of the high failure rate, it is necessary to design advanced train communication system to meet the daily production needs. In this paper, the control system of wireless communication in a certain area of Baosteel is studied, and the software and hardware platform of the system is established. Compared with the characteristics of many wireless communication technologies, the data conversion mode and the wireless communication mode are determined according to the characteristics of the vehicle and the field operation environment, and the overall scheme of the control system is established. 2. The technology of single chip microcomputer is studied. Considering the system components, hardware circuit, software structure and software program, the earth station subsystem is designed by using anti-interference technology, and the circuit design of the subsystem is completed. Software programming and hardware design. 3. The wireless communication subsystem is designed by using the wireless network technology, and the fast and reliable communication connection between the train and the main engine is established, and the group dispatching operation of the train is realized. 4. Using the information exchange middleware (XCOM), developed by my company, the subsystem of the vehicle station is designed to complete the function and interface design of the monitoring terminal.
