基于CAN總線的大型集中潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的研制
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of industrial control automation and the continuous expansion of production scale, the traditional independent instruments can no longer meet the requirements of the development of the control system towards the direction of decentralization, networking and intelligence. A new intelligent instrument measurement and control network based on fieldbus emerges as the times require. This paper focuses on the key technology and implementation of the design of a large centralized lubrication system based on CAN bus. In this paper, the development direction of network and the common network communication technology of measurement and control system are introduced, and the advantages of fieldbus technology are analyzed, and the development status of large-scale centralized lubrication system is studied. Secondly, by studying the functional requirements of the large-scale centralized lubrication system, the network topology and communication network of the system are designed, and the communication protocols and technical specifications of the CAN bus are deeply studied. And its various technologies are applied to the design of a large centralized lubrication system. Thirdly, the hardware design of the communication interface circuit of the large-scale centralized lubrication system is completed, on the basis of which, the node of the system is addressed, and the method of unicast, multicast and broadcast in the network is put forward. The rate of system communication is analyzed and set. Fourthly, the hardware design of each node of the system is completed, the network communication protocol of the system is designed, and the process of realizing the functions of dynamic adding and removing of nodes, self-diagnosis of system fault and so on is analyzed. The graphical interface software of the control center and the program design of each lower computer node are completed. Finally, the shortcomings of the large centralized lubrication system and the direction of improvement in the future are pointed out. The results show that the large centralized lubrication system based on CAN bus can meet the network communication and lubrication control requirements of thousands of lubrication nodes, and has higher reliability, stronger real-time and lower cost.
