玻璃鋼脫模機設(shè)計與仿真研究

【摘要】:隨著科技的進步,不斷涌現(xiàn)出多種新型材料并成功應(yīng)用于人們的日常生產(chǎn)和生活當中。其中,復合材料以其優(yōu)異的綜合性能,廣泛應(yīng)用于多個領(lǐng)域。玻璃鋼(Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastics,簡稱FRP)復合材料工業(yè)是如今最熱門的工業(yè)之一,玻璃鋼是玻璃纖維增強塑料的俗稱。玻璃鋼制品在建材行業(yè)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。玻璃鋼制品不受零部件形狀的限制,許多復雜結(jié)構(gòu)件可以很容易地使用玻璃鋼成型。纖維纏繞機和脫模機作為生產(chǎn)復合纖維纏繞制品的專用設(shè)備,它的設(shè)計和生產(chǎn)是機械制造行業(yè)中的一個重要內(nèi)容。 本文針對玻璃鋼脫模機設(shè)計方案,本文提出了玻璃鋼脫模機的整體設(shè)計方案、設(shè)計目標和功能要求,給出了玻璃鋼脫模機的整體結(jié)構(gòu)、傳動執(zhí)行部件和液壓控制系統(tǒng)的具體設(shè)計實現(xiàn)方案。采用Pro/E三維輔助設(shè)計軟件進行玻璃鋼脫模機的三維造型設(shè)計。當所有的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計完成后,然后將相關(guān)和重要的部分進行強度檢驗,將Pro/E中建好的模型直接導入ANSYS中,ANSYS軟件對一些相關(guān)的部件和重要的位置進行有限元分析,為以后的設(shè)計提供更加全面的參考依據(jù)。此外,還將使用Pro/Mechanism對玻璃鋼脫模機進行仿真,以發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決存在的問題,使設(shè)計更加合理。 本文設(shè)計的玻璃鋼脫模設(shè)備主要由脫模機基座、液壓傳動、牽引小車、芯模夾緊機構(gòu)四大部分組成。脫模機基座是整個脫模設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ),液壓傳動負責脫模過程中脫模的動力,其中牽引小車負責把脫模后的芯模的拉出,芯模夾緊機構(gòu)由固定小車和基座組成,主要實現(xiàn)芯模沿自身軸線方向的固定。 在設(shè)計的過程中主要是以CAXA為平臺,對整套脫模設(shè)備進行二維建模設(shè)計。此外還利用Pro/E作為為平臺,對整個脫模設(shè)備建立了完整的三維模型。 同時,利用Pro/E中Pro/Mechanism模塊對脫模機的脫模過程進行運動仿真,使整個仿真運動過程比較直觀,對復合材料管道脫模生產(chǎn)有一定的指導作用。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, a variety of new materials are emerging and successfully applied in people's daily production and life. Among them, composite materials are widely used in many fields because of their excellent comprehensive properties. The fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) composite industry is one of the hottest industries today, commonly known as fiberglass reinforced plastics. FRP products have been widely used in building materials industry. FRP products are not limited by the shape of parts, many complex structures can be easily formed using FRP. Fiber winding machine and demoulding machine are special equipments for producing composite filament winding products. Its design and production is an important content in mechanical manufacturing industry. In this paper, the overall design scheme, design objectives and functional requirements of the FRP demoulding machine are put forward, and the overall structure of the FRP demoulding machine is given. The specific design and realization scheme of transmission executive parts and hydraulic control system. The three-dimensional modeling design of FRP demoulding machine is carried out by using Pro / E three-dimensional aided design software. When all the product designs are finished, then the relevant and important parts are tested, and the model built in Prop / E is directly imported into ANSYS software to analyze some relevant parts and important positions by finite element method. For the future design to provide a more comprehensive reference basis. In addition, the FRP demoulding machine will be simulated using Pro-Mechanism to find and solve the existing problems and to make the design more reasonable. The design of this paper is mainly composed of four parts: base, hydraulic transmission, traction trolley, core die clamping mechanism. The pedestal of the demoulding machine is the basis of the whole demoulding equipment. The hydraulic transmission is responsible for the power of the demoulding process, in which the traction trolley is responsible for pulling out the core die after the release, and the clamping mechanism of the core die consists of the fixed trolley and the pedestal. The core die is fixed along its axis. In the process of design, the whole set of demoulding equipment is designed based on CAXA. In addition, a complete three-dimensional model of the whole demoulding equipment is established on the platform of Prop. E. At the same time, the motion simulation of the demoulding machine is carried out by using the Pror / Mechanism module in Prop / E, which makes the whole simulation process more intuitive and has a certain guiding effect on the production of composite pipe demoulding.
