【摘要】：控制和規(guī)避項目風險對于研究鋁加工項目建設的必要性和可行性具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本論文基于項目風險管理的研究視角,依托南寧高性能鋁合金板帶型材項目開展研究,運用SWOT分析,探討項目建設上面臨的政策、資金、市場、建設、專業(yè)技術和人才、管理、財務等諸多風險,通過風險評估,提出相應的對策和建議,從而得出項目經濟可行,風險可控,效益顯著的結論,具有一定的理論和實踐價值。
[Abstract]:It is very important to control and avoid the project risk for studying the necessity and feasibility of aluminum processing project construction. In this paper, based on the research perspective of project risk management, relying on the Nanning high performance aluminum alloy sheet and strip profile project to carry out research, using SWOT analysis, to explore the project construction policy, capital, market, construction, professional technology and talent, management, Many risks, such as finance, through risk assessment, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to draw the conclusion that the project is economically feasible, the risk is controllable, and the benefit is significant, which has certain theoretical and practical value.
