幅角分配對大排量徑向柱塞泵性能的影響

【摘要】:針對應(yīng)用多作用定子導軌結(jié)構(gòu)的徑向柱塞泵,通過對柱塞副在等加速運動規(guī)律定子曲線下的動力學分析,研究了不同幅角分配方案對泵性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:定子曲線的幅角分配對度加速度、度速度、壓力角、缸體受力、接觸應(yīng)力等性能有很大的影響,且幅角分配不對稱系數(shù)約等于2,等速區(qū)幅角值是等加速區(qū)幅角值的0.9~1倍時,泵的綜合性能相對最佳;吸排油過程中油液速率的許用值和接觸應(yīng)力的最大值分別可以作為等速區(qū)和等減速區(qū)幅角設(shè)計的參考基準之一。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the radial piston pump with multi-action stator guideway structure, the effect of different amplitude and angle distribution schemes on the pump performance is studied through the dynamic analysis of the piston pair under the stator curve of the law of equal acceleration motion. The results show that the distribution of amplitude angle of the stator curve has great influence on the performance of degree acceleration, degree velocity, pressure angle, cylinder block force, contact stress, etc. When the asymmetry coefficient of amplitude and angle distribution is about 2 and the amplitude angle of isokinetic zone is 0.9 times of that of equal acceleration zone, the comprehensive performance of pump is relatively best. The allowable value of oil flow rate and the maximum contact stress can be used as one of the reference datum for the amplitude and angle design of the isokinetic region and the equal deceleration zone respectively.
