【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中,機(jī)械精度的確定是機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)完整與否的重要判斷指標(biāo)。機(jī)械精度的選定不僅僅對(duì)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的后期使用效果有著決定性的作用,他也對(duì)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)與制造中所引起的成本有著不可磨滅的聯(lián)系。在當(dāng)今計(jì)算機(jī)輔助機(jī)械制造設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域不斷的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展中,計(jì)算機(jī)在輔助機(jī)械精度設(shè)計(jì)方面還處于人工設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)的初級(jí)水平。機(jī)械精度設(shè)計(jì)是控制機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的整個(gè)裝配系統(tǒng)精度與可靠性的核心技術(shù)。但是這樣的現(xiàn)狀使得計(jì)算機(jī)輔助精度設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)法與現(xiàn)在CAD/CAM的發(fā)展情況相適應(yīng)。尤其是在冶金等粗放型工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中,流水生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備在設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)定型時(shí)候都需要配套的尺寸鏈計(jì)算說(shuō)明書。如何有效的運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件進(jìn)行機(jī)械精度設(shè)計(jì),并生成尺寸鏈計(jì)算說(shuō)明,成為提高冶金機(jī)械研發(fā)能力,縮短研發(fā)周期必須得到解決的重要問(wèn)題。 本文論述了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助精度設(shè)計(jì)的總體方案,針對(duì)裝配尺寸鏈分析計(jì)算中的問(wèn)題,研究了尺寸鏈自動(dòng)生成等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并開(kāi)發(fā)了使用AutoCAD與Visual Studio 2005為設(shè)計(jì)軟件的機(jī)械精度分析與設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),本論文主要的研究方向與內(nèi)容是: 1在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,研究符合現(xiàn)代制造產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制科學(xué)體系的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助精度設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)模型。 2研究了尺寸鏈自動(dòng)生成技術(shù),包括尺寸鏈各環(huán)的自動(dòng)生成、主要計(jì)算方法等相關(guān)內(nèi)容。以我國(guó)冶金設(shè)備粗放型設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)為例,深入探討最新的機(jī)械精度設(shè)計(jì)、檢測(cè)和保證方法及質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)。 3分析與設(shè)計(jì)出計(jì)算機(jī)輔助機(jī)械精度查詢與設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)總體方案,并且建立可以滿足設(shè)計(jì)人員設(shè)計(jì)需要和方便使用的軟件系統(tǒng)。 4深入研究討論公差設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算軟件的一些關(guān)鍵模塊例如形位公差模塊,詳細(xì)闡述了用ACCESS軟件與VB6.0軟件相結(jié)合開(kāi)發(fā)的形位公差自動(dòng)查詢的機(jī)械精度數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。開(kāi)發(fā)了借AutoCAD2004為繪圖軟件平臺(tái),在AutoCAD中實(shí)現(xiàn)形位公差的自動(dòng)標(biāo)注。開(kāi)發(fā)出的能夠初步使用的模塊,為軟件的近一步開(kāi)發(fā)完善打下基礎(chǔ)。開(kāi)發(fā)完成后的軟件可在CAD的繪圖中自動(dòng)形成菜單欄并自動(dòng)完成查詢、標(biāo)注功能。使用戶更加方便的完成精度設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In modern mechanical product design, the determination of mechanical precision is an important index to judge whether the mechanical design is complete or not. The selection of mechanical precision not only plays a decisive role in the later use of mechanical products, but also has an indelible connection to the costs caused by the production and manufacture of mechanical products. With the continuous progress and development in the field of computer-aided manufacturing design technology, the computer is still in the primary level of manual design and development in the field of mechanical precision design. Mechanical precision design is the core technology to control the accuracy and reliability of the whole assembly system of mechanical products. However, the current situation makes computer aided precision design unable to adapt to the development of CAD / CAM. Especially in the extensive industrial design such as metallurgy, the specification of dimension chain calculation is needed in the design and production of production line equipment. How to effectively use computer software to design mechanical precision and generate dimension chain calculation instructions has become an important problem that must be solved to improve the R & D capability of metallurgical machinery and shorten the R & D cycle. In this paper, the overall scheme of computer-aided precision design is discussed. In view of the problems in the analysis and calculation of assembly dimension chain, the key technologies such as automatic generation of dimension chain are studied. A mechanical precision analysis and design system based on AutoCAD and Visual Studio 2005 is developed. The main research directions and contents of this paper are as follows: 1 based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad, The computer aided precision design system model, which accords with the scientific system of quality control of modern manufacturing products, is studied. 2 the automatic generation technology of dimension chain, including the automatic generation of each ring of dimension chain, is studied. Main calculation methods and other related content. Taking extensive design and production of metallurgical equipment in China as an example, the latest mechanical precision design is discussed in depth. Testing and assurance methods and quality control techniques. 3. The general scheme of computer aided mechanical precision query and design database is analyzed and designed. And build a software system that can meet the design needs and convenient use of designers. 4 deeply study and discuss some key modules of tolerance design calculation software, such as shape and position tolerance module, The mechanical precision database of automatic querying of shape and position tolerance developed by access software and VB6.0 software is described in detail. Using AutoCAD 2004 as the drawing software platform, the automatic marking of shape and position tolerance is realized in AutoCAD. The module which can be used initially lays the foundation for the further development and perfection of the software. The developed software can automatically form menu bar in CAD drawing and automatically complete query and mark function. Make the user more convenient to complete the precision design.
