太陽系運(yùn)動(dòng)模型結(jié)構(gòu)與控制系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代科技館作為其產(chǎn)物也必定要面臨著自主創(chuàng)新與突破,而展品設(shè)計(jì)作為科技館的關(guān)鍵,是以傳播科學(xué)知識(shí)和培養(yǎng)科學(xué)興趣為目的的。本文研究設(shè)計(jì)了太陽系模型展品,向觀眾演示太陽系運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,激發(fā)觀眾的科學(xué)思維。研究課題主要內(nèi)容如下: 1、詳細(xì)分析了太陽系運(yùn)動(dòng)模型的功能需求,確定模型的總體機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)方案和“工控機(jī)+運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡+伺服電機(jī)”伺服半閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)的總體控制方案; 2、闡述了太陽系模型的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)方案設(shè)計(jì)。并詳細(xì)介紹了三大大結(jié)構(gòu)模塊的設(shè)計(jì),包括八大行星模型公轉(zhuǎn)和自轉(zhuǎn)部分、太陽模型自轉(zhuǎn)與發(fā)光部分和月亮繞地球公轉(zhuǎn)部分的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)部分,然后,簡(jiǎn)要說明了模型蓋板和安裝座的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì); 3、設(shè)計(jì)研究了太陽系模型控制系統(tǒng)的硬件系統(tǒng)。提出了以研華PCI-1240U運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡為控制核心的控制系統(tǒng),詳細(xì)敘述了控制系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),包括控制卡單元系統(tǒng)、電源系統(tǒng)、傳感系統(tǒng)、伺服電機(jī)和直流減速電機(jī)系統(tǒng)。最后給出了電器柜的設(shè)計(jì)和電器元件的布置安排; 4、完成了模型控制系統(tǒng)軟件的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)展品模型界面需求,,詳細(xì)分析了控制系統(tǒng)的總體控制思想,并提出了各個(gè)交互界面的設(shè)計(jì)方案。 該展品是承接湖南省科技館的重要展品,已經(jīng)展出近一年,結(jié)果表明,其運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單美觀,便于維護(hù)保養(yǎng),并由人機(jī)交互觀眾可欣賞特定日期天象、特殊天象和公轉(zhuǎn)演示等運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,符合現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)館的主題。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the modern science and technology museum as its product must be faced with independent innovation and breakthrough. As the key of science and technology museum, exhibits design aims to spread scientific knowledge and cultivate scientific interest. In this paper, the model exhibits of the solar system are designed to demonstrate the motion of the solar system to the audience and stimulate the viewers' scientific thinking. The main contents of the research are as follows: 1. The functional requirements of the solar system motion model are analyzed in detail. The overall mechanical structure scheme of the model and the general control scheme of the servo semi-closed loop control system of the motion control card servo motor of the industrial control computer are determined. 2, the design of the mechanical structure scheme of the solar system model is expounded. The design of three big structure modules is introduced in detail, including the rotation and rotation of eight major planetary models, the rotation and luminescence of the solar model and the mechanical structure of the rotation of the moon around the earth. The structural design of the model cover plate and mounting base is briefly described. 3. The hardware system of the solar system model control system is designed and studied. A control system with PCI-1240U motion control card as the control core is proposed. The design of each subsystem of the control system is described in detail, including the control card unit system, the power supply system, the sensor system, the servo motor and the DC deceleration motor system. Finally, the design of the electric cabinet and the arrangement of the electrical components are given. 4, the software design of the model control system is completed. According to the interface requirements of the exhibits model, the overall control idea of the control system is analyzed in detail, and the design scheme of each interactive interface is put forward. The exhibit is an important exhibit in Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Museum. It has been on display for nearly a year. The results show that the exhibits are stable and reliable, simple and beautiful in structure, easy to maintain, and can be viewed by human-computer interactive viewers at specific dates. Special celestial phenomena and demonstration of rotation are in line with the theme of modern science and technology museum.
