【摘要】：根據(jù)地鐵自動檢票機的票卡回收模塊整體功能要求,分析了模塊機械系統(tǒng)和控制系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu),并給出了機械結(jié)構(gòu)組成和控制系統(tǒng)的性能指標,以此為基礎分別對模塊機械結(jié)構(gòu)和控制系統(tǒng)進行了詳細設計與分析研究。 在設計機械結(jié)構(gòu)時,設計了模塊整體結(jié)構(gòu)布局,然后完成了模塊傳送機構(gòu)、票卡升降機構(gòu)和儲票箱的結(jié)構(gòu)設計,采用了多從動輪傳動的雙皮帶傳送機構(gòu),提出了滿足儲票箱工作要求的同步帶升降機構(gòu),并選擇了符合換向器機構(gòu)動作要求的電磁鐵型號；在ABAQUS/Explicit軟件模塊中建立了兩種換向器機構(gòu)下票卡與換向器接觸碰撞有限元模型,對票卡接觸碰撞瞬間進行了仿真分析,得到票卡的應力應變圖及其卡芯的應力曲線,確保票卡及其芯片不受損害；在進行控制系統(tǒng)設計時,給出了模塊控制系統(tǒng)整體結(jié)構(gòu),設計完成了模塊整個控制系統(tǒng)的硬件電路,并介紹了系統(tǒng)軟件的整體框架及其工作流程。 本文著重對模塊機械結(jié)構(gòu)和控制系統(tǒng)進行了設計與研究,加工出了產(chǎn)品的機械結(jié)構(gòu),而所做的控制系統(tǒng)方面的工作為產(chǎn)品后續(xù)生產(chǎn)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:According to the whole function requirement of ticket card recovery module of automatic ticket checking machine, the whole structure of the mechanical system and control system of the module is analyzed, and the composition of the mechanical structure and the performance index of the control system are given. On this basis, the mechanical structure and control system of the module are designed and analyzed in detail. When the mechanical structure is designed, the overall structural layout of the module is designed, and then the structural design of the module transfer mechanism, ticket card lifting mechanism and ticket storage box is completed. The synchronous belt lifting mechanism which meets the working requirements of the storage box is put forward, and the electromagnet model which meets the operational requirements of commutator mechanism is selected, and the finite element model of contact collision between the ticket card and commutator of two commutator mechanisms is established in Abaqus / explicit software module. The stress and strain diagram of ticket card and the stress curve of card core are obtained by simulation analysis of ticket card contact impact moment, so as to ensure that the card and its chip are not damaged. In the design of control system, the whole structure of module control system is given. The hardware circuit of the whole control system of the module is designed and the whole frame of the system software and its work flow are introduced. This paper focuses on the design and research of the module mechanical structure and control system, and processes the mechanical structure of the product, and the work of the control system provides a reference for the follow-up production of the product.
