【摘要】：葫蘆式起重機(jī)是除橋式起重機(jī)外又一類在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中起著重要作用的起重機(jī)運(yùn)輸機(jī)械。近年來隨著CAD技術(shù)、參數(shù)化和模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法在起重機(jī)行業(yè)的不斷應(yīng)用，從根本上改變了傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)模式，縮短了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)周期，大大提高了產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)效率；尤其是優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法的應(yīng)用，使得產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和經(jīng)濟(jì)性有了很大提高，在市場中更具有競爭力。 目前針對橋式起重機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)有很多完整CAD設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)，這些起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)要么是以AutoCAD為平臺的二維CAD系統(tǒng)，要么基SolidWorks的三維CAD系統(tǒng)，也有一些帶有優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)功能的設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)，但在應(yīng)用范圍甚廣的葫蘆式起重機(jī)領(lǐng)域卻很少。 本文以單梁橋架結(jié)構(gòu)的葫蘆式起重機(jī)為研究對象，在分析研究現(xiàn)有的起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上研究開發(fā)了一套具有優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)等功能的綜合設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。這套系統(tǒng)以VC++6.0軟件為開發(fā)平臺，通過軟件集成技術(shù)將AutoCAD、SolidWorks和MATLAB軟件集成到一起，，實(shí)現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、截面尺寸優(yōu)化、零部件及橋架的三維模型、二維工程圖形及設(shè)計(jì)說明書的自動(dòng)生成，使產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)滿足成本低、周期短、系列化等要求，同時(shí)也對起重機(jī)綜合設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)一步研究具有重大的意義。另外，本文還提出了參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)過程中遇到圖形和表格時(shí)的處理方法，介紹了曲線擬合在圖形和表格處理時(shí)的具體應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Hoist crane is a kind of crane transportation machinery which plays an important role in industrial production besides bridge crane. In recent years, with the continuous application of CAD technology, parameterized and modular design methods in crane industry, the traditional design mode has been fundamentally changed, the production cycle of products has been shortened, and the design efficiency of products has been greatly improved. Especially the application of optimization design method makes the quality and economy of the product greatly improved and more competitive in the market. At present, there are many complete CAD design systems for bridge cranes. These crane design systems are either 2D CAD systems based on AutoCAD or 3D CAD systems based on SolidWorks. There are also some design systems with optimal design function, but they are rarely used in the field of hoist crane. Based on the analysis and research of the existing crane design system, a comprehensive design system with the function of optimization design is developed in this paper, taking the hoist crane with single beam bridge frame structure as the research object, and based on the analysis and research of the existing crane design system. The system is developed on the platform of VC 6.0, and the software of AutoCAD SolidWorks and MATLAB is integrated through the technology of software integration, which realizes the structural design and calculation, the optimization of section size, the 3D model of components and bridge frame. The automatic generation of 2D engineering graphics and design instructions makes the design of the product meet the requirements of low cost, short period and serialization. It is also of great significance to the further study of the comprehensive design system of cranes. In addition, this paper also puts forward the processing method of graph and table in parameterized design process, and introduces the concrete application of curve fitting in graph and table processing.
