【摘要】：高端裝備制造業(yè)是裝備制造業(yè)的核心,是一國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的必備條件,是一個(gè)國(guó)家綜合國(guó)力和國(guó)防實(shí)力的重要體現(xiàn)。當(dāng)前我國(guó)高端裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,但是和發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)的高端裝備制造業(yè)還有較大差距。在這種背景下,研究我國(guó)高端裝備制造業(yè)國(guó)際合作模式,對(duì)我國(guó)高端裝備制造業(yè)的快速發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 首先,本文在研究我國(guó)高端裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法得出產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)不合理和科研水平不高是制約我國(guó)高端裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展的主要因素。然后,介紹了我國(guó)高端裝備制造業(yè)國(guó)際合作發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及效果,聯(lián)系我國(guó)高端裝備制造業(yè)國(guó)際合作典型案例,得出我國(guó)高端裝備制造業(yè)在參與國(guó)際合作方面存在的主要問(wèn)題。并根據(jù)高端裝備制造發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家國(guó)際合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)得出必需注重技術(shù)的引進(jìn)和消化吸收、國(guó)家政策起關(guān)鍵作用等。其次,通過(guò)以高端裝備制造業(yè)國(guó)際合作各集團(tuán)合作與利益沖突的分析為基礎(chǔ),將技術(shù)為劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)進(jìn)行高端裝備制造業(yè)國(guó)際合作的博弈分析,分別從一般技術(shù)博弈和高技術(shù)研發(fā)博弈分析得出合作博弈的結(jié)果要優(yōu)于非合作博弈的結(jié)果。再次,闡述了基于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈角度的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)化國(guó)際合作模式以及基于研發(fā)角度的OEM技術(shù)合作模式、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)合作伙伴模式、國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟體模式,并探討了我國(guó)高端裝備制造業(yè)國(guó)際合作模式的選擇策略。最后,結(jié)合本文的研究結(jié)論,從企業(yè)和政府兩個(gè)層面對(duì)我國(guó)高端裝備制造業(yè)國(guó)際合作模式提出了幾點(diǎn)可供參考的對(duì)策建議,并對(duì)論文進(jìn)行了研究展望。
[Abstract]:High-end equipment manufacturing industry is the core of equipment manufacturing industry. It is the necessary condition for a country to upgrade its industrial structure and realize industrial modernization. It is also an important embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength and national defense strength. At present, China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry is developing rapidly, but compared with developed countries, China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry still has a big gap. Under this background, it is of great practical significance to study the international cooperation mode of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China. First of all, on the basis of studying the current situation of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China, this paper draws the conclusion by econometrics that the unreasonable structure of industrial chain and the low level of scientific research are the main factors restricting the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China. Then, the paper introduces the current situation and effect of international cooperation in high-end equipment manufacturing industry of our country. Connecting with the typical cases of international cooperation in high-end equipment manufacturing industry of our country, the main problems in participating in international cooperation of high-end equipment manufacturing industry of our country are obtained. According to the international cooperation experience of advanced equipment manufacturing developed countries, it is necessary to pay attention to the introduction and absorption of technology, and national policies play a key role. Secondly, based on the analysis of international cooperation and conflicts of interest of various groups in high-end equipment manufacturing industry, the game analysis of international cooperation in high-end equipment manufacturing industry is carried out by using technology as the standard of division. From the analysis of general technology game and high technology R & D game, it is concluded that the result of cooperative game is better than that of non-cooperative game. Thirdly, the international cooperation mode of industrial chain network based on industry chain, OEM technology cooperation mode based on R & D, risk partnership model and international strategic alliance model are expounded. And discussed the choice strategy of the international cooperation mode of our country high-end equipment manufacturing industry. Finally, based on the conclusion of this paper, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the international cooperation mode of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China from the two aspects of enterprise and government, and makes a research prospect of the paper.
