增速斜齒輪行星傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性分析及優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:行星齒輪增速器在工業(yè)和生活中應(yīng)用廣泛,斜齒輪的重合度比直齒輪大,傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn),在高速重載時(shí),常采用增速斜齒輪行星傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。研究增速斜齒輪行星傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性對(duì)提高傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的可靠性,減小振動(dòng)和噪音等有重要意義。同時(shí),對(duì)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行體積優(yōu)化可以使其結(jié)構(gòu)更為緊湊。 本文以一級(jí)增速斜齒輪行星傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力學(xué)特性分析和參數(shù)優(yōu)化,主要內(nèi)容如下: 首先,建立增速斜齒輪行星傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的集中參數(shù)模型。在建模過(guò)程中考慮嚙合剛度、嚙合誤差、齒側(cè)間隙和系統(tǒng)阻尼對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響,并將構(gòu)件與構(gòu)件、構(gòu)件與地基之間的連接、輪齒與輪齒之間的嚙合均假設(shè)為彈簧阻尼器連接。 第二,建立系統(tǒng)的分析模型。根據(jù)牛頓第二定律建立了行星輪、太陽(yáng)輪、內(nèi)齒圈和行星架的二階動(dòng)力學(xué)微分方程組,并將其改寫(xiě)為矩陣形式,得到系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量矩陣和剛度矩陣。 第三,求解增速斜齒輪行星傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的固有頻率和主振型。根據(jù)固有頻率求解原理,利用MATLAB求解該傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的固有頻率和主振型,分析該傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)形態(tài),并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析支撐剛度、質(zhì)量、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量和嚙合剛度對(duì)系統(tǒng)固有頻率的影響。 第四,對(duì)增速斜齒輪行星傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化。以傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的體積最小為優(yōu)化目標(biāo)建立了優(yōu)化模型,使其結(jié)構(gòu)更為緊湊。
[Abstract]:The planetary gear accelerator is widely used in industry and daily life. The helical gear has more coincidence than spur gear, and its transmission is stable. In high speed and heavy load, the speed increasing helical gear planetary transmission system is often adopted. It is important to study the dynamic characteristics of helical gear planetary transmission system to improve the reliability of transmission system and reduce vibration and noise. At the same time, the structure of transmission system can be more compact by volume optimization. This paper takes the planetary transmission system of helical gear as the research object, analyzes its dynamic characteristics and optimizes its parameters. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the concentrated parameter model of the planetary transmission system of helical gear is established. In the modeling process, the effects of meshing stiffness, meshing error, tooth clearance and system damping on the system are considered. The connection between components and components, between components and foundation, and between gear teeth and gear teeth is assumed to be a spring damper connection. Second, establish a systematic analysis model. According to Newton's second law, the second order dynamic differential equations of planetary wheel, solar wheel, inner gear ring and planetary frame are established, and the mass matrix and stiffness matrix of the system are obtained by rewriting them into matrix form. Third, solve the natural frequency and the main mode of the helical gear planetary transmission system. According to the principle of solving the natural frequency, the natural frequency and the main mode of the transmission system are solved by MATLAB, the vibration form of the transmission system is analyzed, and the support stiffness and mass are analyzed on the basis of the analysis. The influence of moment of inertia and meshing stiffness on the natural frequency of the system. Fourth, the speed of helical gear planetary transmission system parameters optimization. The optimization model is established to minimize the volume of transmission system, which makes its structure more compact.
