【摘要】：變位齒輪是齒輪泵的核心元件,根據(jù)變位齒輪的加工原理,利用PRO/E軟件平臺進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化建模,并通過仿真分析得出的變位齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動規(guī)律校驗了模型的有效性,為齒輪泵的優(yōu)化設(shè)計及后期的加工制造提供了必要的參考。
[Abstract]:The modified gear is the core component of gear pump. According to the machining principle of the modified gear, the parameterized modeling is carried out on the platform of PROP / E, and the validity of the model is verified by the kinematic law of the gear mechanism obtained by the simulation analysis. It provides the necessary reference for the optimization design of gear pump and the manufacture of gear pump.
