靜態(tài)載荷下非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼高強(qiáng)螺栓的變形行為

【摘要】:利用保證載荷及透射電鏡(TEM)的試驗(yàn)方法,分析了鐵素體+馬氏體雙相(F+M)組織及鐵素體+珠光體(F+P)組織在靜態(tài)載荷下對高強(qiáng)螺栓永久變形行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:F+P組織高強(qiáng)螺栓時效前永久伸長量達(dá)到15μm以上,時效后大幅度下降至不高于5μm;鐵素體-馬氏體類型非調(diào)質(zhì)螺栓時效前后永久伸長量變化較小,均為1~2μm。在200~400℃范圍內(nèi)時效處理,F+P類型和F+M類型非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼螺栓強(qiáng)度先增加后減小,在250~300℃時達(dá)到峰值,但均高于未時效處理螺栓。鐵素體內(nèi)部大量的相互纏結(jié)的位錯以及胞狀亞結(jié)構(gòu)(亞晶粒)是鐵素體-馬氏體雙相鋼螺栓時效前后永久伸長變化較小的原因。螺栓制造過程中的拉拔變形誘導(dǎo)析出納米尺寸的細(xì)小碳化物或氮化物阻礙位錯運(yùn)動和沉淀強(qiáng)化是時效后強(qiáng)度變化的原因。
[Abstract]:The effects of ferrite martensite dual phase (FM) structure and ferrite pearlite (F P) structure on permanent deformation behavior of high strength bolts under static loading were analyzed by means of guaranteed load and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the permanent elongation of the high strength bolts in the structure of 1: F P is more than 15 渭 m before aging, and decreases significantly to no more than 5 渭 m after aging, while the permanent elongation of ferrite martensite type non-quenched bolts changes slightly before and after aging, both of which are 1 ~ 2 渭 m. The strength of non-quenched and tempered steel bolts of F P type and F M type increased first and then decreased, and reached a peak value at 250 ~ 300 鈩,
