單泵多馬達(dá)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩特性分析與試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了使單泵多馬達(dá)系統(tǒng)的輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩更加平穩(wěn),以雙作用葉片泵和雙作用雙定子馬達(dá)組成的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)為例,利用波動(dòng)系數(shù)分析了在輸入油液存在波動(dòng)的前提下雙作用雙定子馬達(dá)的輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩的特性,并搭建了單泵多馬達(dá)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:多馬達(dá)受到脈動(dòng)油液作用后,在不同的工作方式下輸出特性不同。當(dāng)泵和馬達(dá)波動(dòng)周期一致時(shí),其中內(nèi)外馬達(dá)差動(dòng)工作時(shí)輸出的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)最小,其轉(zhuǎn)矩不均勻系數(shù)約為1.5%~1.9%。滯后角不同對(duì)內(nèi)外馬達(dá)并聯(lián)工作時(shí)輸出的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)影響較大,其轉(zhuǎn)矩不均勻系數(shù)值最大時(shí)約為1.9%~2.7%,大于其他3種工作方式的轉(zhuǎn)矩不均勻系數(shù)值。合理地調(diào)整滯后角可以使內(nèi)外馬達(dá)并聯(lián)工作時(shí)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩的轉(zhuǎn)矩不均勻系數(shù)值小于內(nèi)馬達(dá)或外馬達(dá)單獨(dú)工作時(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)矩不均勻系數(shù)值,降至1.9%~2%,也可使馬達(dá)整體的輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)降低,說明滯后角對(duì)馬達(dá)輸出的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)有很大的影響。該研究可為減小馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)和單泵多馬達(dá)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to make the output torque of single-pump multi-motor system more stable, the transmission system composed of double-acting vane pump and double-acting double-stator motor is taken as an example. The characteristics of the output torque of the double-acting double-stator motor under the condition of the fluctuation of the input oil are analyzed by using the fluctuation coefficient, and the test platform of the single-pump multi-motor drive system is built. The experimental results show that the output characteristics of multi-motors are different under different working modes after the action of pulsating oil. When the fluctuation period of pump and motor is the same, the output torque ripple is minimum when the internal and external motors are differential working, and the torque nonuniformity coefficient is about 1.5 / 1.9. The hysteresis angle has a great influence on the torque ripple output when the internal and external motors work in parallel, and the torque non-uniform coefficient is about 1.9 / 2.7 when the torque non-uniformity coefficient is the largest, which is larger than the torque non-uniform coefficient value of the other three working modes. Adjusting the lag angle reasonably can make the torque non-uniform coefficient of the output torque smaller than that of the inner motor or the outer motor working alone, and the torque ripple of the motor as a whole can also be reduced by reducing the torque nonuniformity coefficient to 1.9 / 2 and reducing the output torque ripple of the motor as a whole. It shows that the lag angle has a great influence on the torque ripple of the motor output. The research can provide reference for the design and application of motor torque ripple reduction and single pump multi-motor drive system.
