【摘要】:為降低水下呼吸器用調(diào)節(jié)閥的吸氣阻力,在充分分析調(diào)節(jié)閥工作原理和吸氣阻力形成機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)原有調(diào)節(jié)閥的閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)。并對(duì)新型調(diào)節(jié)閥進(jìn)行了受力分析研究,建立了調(diào)節(jié)閥的吸氣阻力求解模型。理論計(jì)算和試驗(yàn)研究表明:新型調(diào)節(jié)閥的吸氣阻力由1321 Pa降低為806 Pa,大大提高了調(diào)節(jié)閥的使用性能;吸氣阻力理論計(jì)算值和實(shí)際測(cè)試值的誤差在合理范圍內(nèi),新型調(diào)節(jié)閥的吸氣阻力求解模型可為其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和參數(shù)優(yōu)化提供一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the suction resistance of the regulating valve for the underwater breathing apparatus , the valve core structure of the original regulating valve is designed and improved on the basis of the full analysis of the working principle of the regulating valve and the formation mechanism of the suction resistance . The theoretical calculation and experimental study show that the suction resistance of the new regulating valve is reduced to 806 Pa from 13Pa , the use performance of the regulating valve is greatly improved , and the calculation value of the suction resistance and the error of the actual test value are within a reasonable range , and the suction resistance solution model of the novel regulating valve can provide a certain theoretical basis for the structural design and the parameter optimization .
